  I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Storm Restoration ******** for the excellent work they did on my home. They replaced the roofing, gutters, and siding, and the result is absolutely stunning.What impressed me the most was the support they provided throughout the entire process with my insurance company. I had no idea how to handle all the required documentation, but they took care of everything. They provided all the necessary documents to my insurance company in a timely and professional manner, which gave me great peace of mind and made the whole process much easier.Once everything was approved, they helped me choose the perfect colors for the roof, gutters, and siding, guiding me patiently through the final decisions. The team at Storm Restoration Pros was always available, attentive, and committed to making sure everything turned out perfectly.I am truly happy with the results and I wholeheartedly recommend Storm Restoration ******** to anyone in need of restoration or roofing replacement services.   I recently had Storm Restoration ******** complete a bathroom renovation, as well as replace my roof and gutter system. I couldnt be happier with the results! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was incredibly efficient, always staying on schedule and communicating well throughout the project.What stood out most was their attention to detail and the care they took in keeping the work area clean at the end of each day. Its rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also respects your home by cleaning up after themselves.Overall, I highly recommend Storm Restoration ******** for any home renovation or restoration needs.

  Don't sign, they do absolutely nothing more for you than you, yourself filing a claim with your insurance. They promised me that Allstate would replace my roof, that was a lie. They promise to fight for me. That was a lie. I guess my claim wasn't big enough to warrant attention. I have multiple emails dozens, trying get this company to respond. Even after calling, nothing. They say they are doing all this work, but haven't don't anything for over a year. At the start, seemed promising, then when Allstate wouldn't replace roof, they just went radio silent for a year. I had to reply to Allstate asking for updates and when Allstate said, this case is completed. Still no call, no status updates from Storm Restoration. I had to keep calling asking for updates and them just passing the buck... its not closed, we are skill asking... then after 1 year 1/2 they finally said, "Okay Allstate said it's closed" I'm basically *** and they want the 35% of my check so they can move on. They have never wanted to repair my roof, never called to schedule anything, just want me to cave and ask for my part so they can take their 35% since it wasn't a big enough claim for them to care about the customer. I have the proof of their radio silence. the constant email, the pretend responses to Allstate saying..we think it's not closed... that's how they fight for you.... so basically don't bother, call the insurance co. yourself, they cant do anything and their "fight" is making promises they cant keep then at the end saying hire a lawyer if i want more $$. That's their dirty little secret. They cant get you more than what the insurance can do. Work with your insurance, do not waste your time with these scammers, that only are interested in large payouts. Claim was made in 6/13/2022, they received their check in August 2022 from Allstate, and Allstate said it's closed. They have NEVER called to scheduled repairs in 1 year 1/2.

From beginning to end I was able to contact ******* via text message, email or a phone call. I must admit I started out somewhat apprehensive. ******* ensure me that everything was gonna be okay. From dealing with the insurance company to the delivery of the materials to the completion of the job. ******* was there each in every time. It is noted with the great observance that there is still a huge work is pending with some of the leftover works too. You have received and cashed out all the compensation checks from my insurance company. As far as the completion of works is concerned.
