      My Tesla Model 3 was towed to Crash Champions in ************** after I was rear-ended in March 2023. In order of least important to most:- The communication was poor and contradictory.- *********** (specifically *****) were rude and condescending. ***** made it clear from the beginning that he didn't need to even pretend to be professional.- ***** refused to plug in my Tesla battery, and let it dip below 2% (this affects the battery life) despite me asking them several times to make sure it didn't die.- They left my car (completely crunched open in the back) out in the rain for 8 weeks without the crash cover they lied about using (I saw on the Tesla camera it was kept uncovered, and my three phone calls to cover it were completely blown off).- The repair left condensation in both tail light compartments, which required another repair by ***** (this was due to their shoddy work which they refused to fix because it was under warranty.->> When ***** called me to pick up the car once finished (8 weeks later) with less than 24 hours' notice, I told him I needed to make arrangements to return the rental car first. He said, "Don't worry about that. We take care of that here. Who is it? Enterprise? *****?" I told him *****, and he said, "Yeah, no problem, we do it all the time." I went the next day and gave the receptionist the Tesla rental key card, told her it was parked right out front of the office (literally right in front of the door), and she said, "Okay, we'll take care of it." TWO WEEKS LATER: I got a call from ***** that my rental car had NEVER been returned. NO ONE from Crash Criminals bothered to notify me or anyone else for 16 days that a rental car was sitting there, right in front of the office. For all I know, they were using it under my name. Now ***** has sent me to collections for the $802 I refuse to pay out of principle, and I am going to spend more than that on my time writing reviews that warn people about Crash Criminals.

      response received- Per General Manager, *****************: "At the time that *************** called to have here vehicle charged her vehicle was in the paint booth and couldnt be charged. We put her vehicle on the charger as soon as it came out of the booth. As for her Tesla being open in the back, she is correct. It was a rear end hit and we had to replace her tailgate therefor we had to remove the damaged one. The condensation in the taillights is a common problem with ******, this is something she would have get taken car of from the ********************* With the Hertz rental car we do not use Hertz. ************** said she would not drive anything but a ***** and got her own rental thru them. When she returned to pick up her car she left the rental on our property with us not recommending it.  Please let me know if you need anything else."

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Beyond lying about using the crash cover they never used and lying about charging the vehicle (they didnt, ever) and creating a problem I had to fix on my own, they failed to address the critical issue that they told me they would take care of returning your rental. And instead just let the car sit on their property without ever bothering to let me know it was still there and they had zero intention of doing what they promised to do. Why would I ever LEAVE a rental car there that would cause my credit card to be charged $59 a day? That literally makes no sense. Also, refusal to drive anything but a Tesla is not only untrue, but not even a piece of information this trashy auto body parts lot in the middle of a field would have access to, as no part of the car rental process was through them? They were just the grifters who scammed ********************* out of $10k in shoddy repairs and cost me $800 and way more than that in time. Look at your other reviews. There is a reason you have such a bad reputation, Crash Criminals.

      THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FOR ME. I DROPPED MY VEHICLE OFF AT THIS LOCATION ON 12/9/23, MY REP *** INSPECTED THE *** AND IMMEDIATELY STATED THAT CORNER PANEL WILL HAVE TO REPLACED BECAUSE IT WAS ALL PLASTIC. THAT IS WHERE MY DAMAGE WAS DONE. I WAS ADVISED AT THAT TIME TO GIVE THEM 2 WEEKS AND THEY WILL HAVE THE ESTIMATE FOR MY VEHICLE, IN JANUARY THEY BEGAN TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE, I HAD MY 1ST DATE TO PICK MY *** UP WAS ON 2/13/24 THE *** AND AN HOUR PRIOR TO PICKING UP MY ***, THE REP CALL ME AND STATED THAT THEY WERE WAITINHG ON A PART DATE CHANGED. THE SECOND DATE WAS IN MARCH AGAIN THE *** OF I CALLED IN TO SPEAK WITH MY REP *** SHE STATED THAT MY *** WAS IN HE PROCESS TO BE PAINTED AND THAT SHE WILL LET ME WHEN IT WAS READY. SPOKE WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER THAT WASNT BOTHERED SO I ASKED FOR HIS BOSS, WHICH HER NAME IS *****.       Per Director of Operations, *************************: " Customer dropped her car off and had structural damage to her quarter panel. Our insurance companies require us to attempt qualifying panels as a first step before determining they need replacement. This particular repair did not seem to be out of the norm of other repairable panels. The issue with timeline, was the weather closure that happened mid January that left our shop closed for 6 business days and our parts deliveries halted for 10 days. When we worked the panel, the aluminum work hardened and unfortunately need to be replaced. When we went to order the panel, Range Rover would not sell us the part, as we were not on a specialty program with them. The car then needed to be moved to a location that is, and the closest was 3 hours away. We got customers approval in this and paid for rental cost for delays. The part was ordered for 2 weeks, before the dealer advised us it was on national back order with no ETA. The carrier deciding to total this vehicle due to part availability (not due to amount of repair). To compensate customer in additional to rental costs, we reimbursed her for 2 months worth of car payments. This is something we have never done, and are not required to do, but did so out of good faith. The money paid to us by the carrier was work performed and completed to the car, that gave it a better salvage value, that increases the consumers payout. All invoices and proof of work were provided to insurance partner and approved. We are still owed over $4,000 for work performed that we are not receiving, not pushing, so that the customer is no longer impacted. This makes the total reimbursement between customer/rental and carrier that we provided over $10,000.

      This company is full of c*** Her entire timeline is off. This company played the insurance company for 4 months. They knew when I dropped my car what part had to be ordered per ***. It took this company 3 or 4 different times on attempting to repair the side panel which they knew they couldnt fix the 1st time. I did agree to have my vehicle towed 3 hours ago to find out almost a month later mycar was totaled and I had to call her and they already shipped my belongings to me and ***** was clueless.

      - Loss of value to vehicle - Loss of use since April 1 - April 15 ( 2 weeks without )- Liability - Negligence - Emotional trauma - Near death experience caused by your shops malpractice - Feel Unsafe in my own car now. Wife does not want to use that vehicle anymore. Crash champions installed parts on my vehicle incorrectly when they were hired to fix my vehicle. They were contacted to resolve and did not. This resulted in me nearly wrecking my vehicle and causing $8000 on repairs needed due to their negligent repair work. I called their corporate office and spoke to ********************* the director of operations to try and resolve. Its been since 4/1/24 and theyve done nothing and stopped communicating with me.

      I ask for a new trunk door they said yes the trunk door word *** has fell off the switch didn't work the first day that brings the trunk up he stated he would order the switch not heard nothing if the truck door was new like they said I would think the switch would work,I have called where work was done no call back, my car was not wiped or cleaned not happy

      We have contacted ********************, we have the switch ready for replacement that was in question. She stated a KIA ****** fell off some how, we are ordering a replacement for her as we speak, no charge. She lives in ****** and noted is is hard for here to get the vehicle here do to her schedule. We offered to do what ever we can to assist her to get the vehicle here when the ****** arrives. The rear lift gate was a repairable panel and did not require replacement per ******************** direct repair program terms. This was covered and discussed with customer upon original pick up date, all agreed to and no issue. The vehicle was fully cleaned as all our vehicles are upon completion. The customer did not pick up the vehicle the day it was ready, it was days later. The vehicle sat outside through a couple of rain cycles and was dusty as can happen due to natural weather. We reviewed the file notes and there was no documented time when the customer had called back in to this store. It possibly could have been a different Crash Champions store. Company policy is to note in the CCC file and set an alert anytime a customer calls in. General Manager reviewed with entire staff and no one recalls a discussion with ********************. We look forward to resolving this concern for our customer.

      Car was taken here by my insurance company after having a 2x4 go through my front end of my car they had my car for about a week and a half which was like 5 days longer than they were supposed to have been working on it apparently they had issues getting a bunch of parts that of which I don't even know if got replaced because I have no idea what my invoice is anyway fast forward about 3 months down the road oil light came on oil like keeps coming on now continuously they installed a bunch of sensors and a radiator basically my whole front end of my car I called them told them what was going on and they said we're under new management mind you I have a lifetime warranty on everything that was touched called them back again because they hung up on me was told that they would call me back called back again told the manager was on vacation they'd call me back I called back again after a week when he was supposed to be back and they told me that he was out so they'd call me back so I can't get a hold of this company who fixed my car and it is now resulting and much more damage than what was initially created this is highly annoying highly agitating I paid $8,000 in repairs but like how unprofessional can you possibly be everybody should know about this the good ratings aren't all what they're made up to be My washer fluid lines aren't even hooked up they're just hanging out on the bottom of my hood just chilling so I have no washer fluid either and cuz I can't get them to take my car back because they won't answer their phone or email or anything that I've been trying to get a hold of them by

      I took my vehicle to them due to an auto accident. They did not seek my permission to take it to the shop.They did for engine damage that was being a diagnosed. Not only that , but when I wanted a secondary shop because the first shop did an overdiagnosis of the damage which to be forced to pay for the second diagnosis out of pocket. I contacted the second and was working on covering that secondary diagnosis. Crash. Champions once again without my permission went and paid that bill and is now charging me for that. When I was already in the middle of working out a payment arrangement with the secondary shop. I have had enough of them doing things without my permission and then causing me extra money. This is not only professional it is unacceptable.

      1/14 my daughter had a accident and we picked a preferred collision center with allstate that was crash chapions we took the car in on 1/16 on 1/31 we were notified by Allstate that car was repairable and crash chapions can proceed. On 2/1 my daughter *************************** called up there to talk to ***** the advisor on the car and he was out & she left a message no return call, on 2/6 she called again had to leave a message no return call, 2/8 called again had to leave a message and per ****** the guy answering the phones he was the only one that could tell her about the car NO UPDATES on 2/9 I called ***** and talked to him he was the most clueless service advisor I've ever spoke to told him allstate approved it on 1/31 and if he would of bothered to return the 3 phone calls my daughter left & i thought they worked directly with allstate On 2/9 I advised ************ was frustrated with him and I was calling allstate, allstate called 10 min later and ***** wouldn't come to the phone. on 2/9 at 4:54 I called and ***** gone home spoke to manager and he knew nothing and told me he would call me back on Monday by 5 pm and he would get to the btm of it. 2/12 manager didn't even call me I called at 4:45 and he was out picking up a part jump to 3 days later still no call back I had someone go up there and the car was still sitting in the same spot where we left it with ***** saying he waiting on Allstate I was livid this car sat for 16 days with a approved estimate from Allstate. I had to rent a car due to my daughter is under 25 and I had 2 weeks of a wasted rental because no one would return our calls from 2/2. Even after speaking to ***** and tellng him it was approved the car still sat there.Im full aware it might have more damage but you have to take the car in and start removing parts and allstate had given them a threshold on 1/31 they were a preferred collision center. Bot the *************** are the worst. Even after allstate telling them to call me he did not

      I originally had my car [2022 ********** Atlas] taken to this facility Post ******** on November 20, 2024. At first, there was an issue with Crash Champions V. Allstate on who was supposed to get the vehicle from the tow yard. I had to call and get my car released and sent over- because apparently there was no communication from Crash Champions. Upon pick up of my vehicle. [Which was given two days earlier- stating it was complete and had passed all inspections]. My mother and I were inspecting the ******** site, Left Drivers side Front- Upon inspecting we noticed the head lamp was scratched and not up to par on a "new" replacement as I thought I would be getting. I was then told I would have to bring back the vehicle again in a few days to have it replaced. It was replaced. Upon leaving, a few weeks later, I obtained a sensor error code stated Parking assist **************** braking error. I took to the ** Dealer b/c I believed there would be no errors from the ********, but Upon taking the car to the ** Dealership in ******, IL I was told that my headlight was not properly installed and that the sensors were faulty and after market causing my back up camera to also not function properly. Once AGAIN , I called Crash champions and told them my issues. I spoke with the manager who promised they would order new sensors and get this resolved as soon as possible. I dropped off my car on January 20, 2024 and did not get my car until after January 26, 2024. Crash Champions called me during this time and told me that I had caused different damage again that was not from the accident and I would be responsible for the repairs. My husband and I stopped in at Crash Champions to see what they were referring to and this new damage was the exact same damage photo graphed from the accident scene. Now once again, I am having the same issue with the same sensor. I need this Crash Champions to stop committing fraud and FIX MY CAR! It should not be this hard to have a car repaired.

      On 1/19/24 I took my vehicle to Crash Champions on 3083/45 South - I ran over debrib that fell off a construction truck and damanaged my front bumper area and underneath my vehicle on 2/2 they contacte me that my vehicle was ready...i picked it up on 2/2 and the door was a little hesitant to open, but thought nothing of it. my vehicle sat in the driveway that weekend and on monday 2/5 while opening my door, i noticed that it was sticking again and actually looked at it and the plastic piece between the driver front door and rear door was bent...so when I got to work on 2/5 I left a message for ********************* in the morning. I waited for him to call back, no response. Friday 2/9 my husband called and spoke to ***** there and ***** has indicated that ***** took a late lunch that I left message on 2/5 of which the front girl did not relay the message to him, so I went up to the location on 2/9 and waited for ***** to return. He looked at my door and told me that it came in that way? I said no it has not, I asked for videos from 1/19 - 2/2 while my vehicle was there. THis vehicle was purchased Labor Day, **************************************************************************************************************** There was also a ding from a rock on same door that the part is bent. I have asked for a pic copy and they cannot provide it nor camera footage of there shop again from 1/19 - 2/2 while in there possession.

      I am rejecting this response because this picture was a picture that was taken after the damage. I have requested from them camera footage while my vehicle was there, original picture not, PDF 

      The pictures that was uploaded to Farmers does not show any damage.

      What day was this picture taken?  This is the damage now.  The circled area is of the damage.  I had to take my car back for issues of rattling noise underneath.   Neither ***** or his manager came out to talk to me.

      I had to request paperwork for the work done.

      I am rejecting this response because the pics you provided show the rear of my vehicle and yes stamped at 311  i dropped my car at 1pm

      i have attached pics of door screws  one is blue factory s**** and one is silver with no washer.  you accused the dealership since i had ity there for wind noise only and those documents can be provided.  

      also I have requested video of your shop and you stated you dont have video.  I requested a date and stamped time on picture of my damaged panel and that has also not been provided  ****** has numerous complaints from customers about the same complaint from me  went in for one thing and vehicles comes back damaged

      I picked up my vehicle on friday 2/2 and left message for ***** on 2/5 with your front desk  no response  I waited until Friday 2/9 and took my car up to shop  It was late and ***** was not in so I waited.  I told him I called on 2/5 first thing and left message

      He states he never received message  That is your front desk personnel that took message.  

      You are basically calling me a liar of which I have multiple people who when looking at the door clearly shows that looks like someone tried to break into it  It was not damaged when i dropped it off.  I take full responsibility for my claim of road debris or whatever it was that i ran over and stated that to *****, but I refuse to pay for something that was done not in my care.  The vehicle was at Crash Champions for 2 weeks 1/19-2/2/24.

      If this is not taken care of I will Pursue other avenues.  I feel like I have been way than fair.  Your Conroe Location did not do a good job.  I had to go back for something loose in my rear of the vehicle after "*****" and your tech said I don't hear anything. Its Not my job to keep after your employees to do there job right.    and when I went to pick up my car Not ***** or anyone came out to speak with me which is completely unprofessional

      I will leave a ****** review and post my information so that Conroe Residents think twice about taking there hard earned money and spend it on a dishonest company.

      Of course I am rejecting the business.  They have not come back but accusations.

      This the thread below.. I was told this was closed because Crash Champions did not respond to my response and I uploaded pics of screws on my door that look tampered with.  They cannot provide me with any footage from there facility, so the damage was done there and I am not satisfied with there response.  Plain and simple

      I think this email is kind of unprofessional, you are the BBB and if you close and dont allow the consumer (me) to respond again, then that is your office fault.

      You  need to provide a negative review on Crash Champions profile as they have not attempted to rectify the issue.

      Personal vehicle collided with a deer, causing cosmetic damage to the front of the vehicle. ***************** recommended *********************** *** Crash Champions. The damaged vehicle was the family vehicle, but a rental vehicle was provided for 30 days by the insurance company, per policy. when the delay for repairs entered the 7th week, the customer wanted a definite timeline for the completion of the job. representatives of Crash Champions would not give an answer and seemed uninterested about the fact that the customer now had to pay for the rental car. Customer advised ***************************************** that he was going to take his vehicle to another business to complete the repairs. Crash Champions refused to release vehicle. ******** advised he would come with a tow truck and the police on a specific day to take his personal property to another business. On that day the repairs had suddenly been completed except a small cosmetic piece. Rep for Crash Champions said they were still waiting for part and would contact customer when it was in or they would just mail it to the customer. Months went by and business would not return calls, never made contact with customer or sent the piece. they got their money, in full, from the insurance company and it appears they have no further need to keep their promise. Contacted the Crash Champions *********** and despite several calls, only got the run-around.
