1 starI suffered some minor front end damage on my 2013 **** Edge which caused my air conditioning to stop working. I was referred to Crash Champions for repairs. I received my car back almost a month later after I was told that it would take about a week. I noticed instantly that some things were wrong. I didn't have any sound in the car and the steering was hard to turn. I mentioned this to their manager who basically was like "Your problem not mine". I went home and the next morning my car would not start at all. I went back to Crash Champions to get answers about the situation and they called the police and started that they didn't want me on their property. I had to take my car to another mechanic shop to resolve the problem.Review fromRobert H

5 starsMr. **** told me to come in so he could look at the damage. He pulled out the dent around the door and the wheel in just a few minutes and got me back on the road so fast I couldn't finish my small coffee. Excellent customer service! My ****************************************************************** from opening the driver's door. This is an old car and I just needed it to work - not to look good. No other collision place would even look at it - too old to work on it, they said. Mr. **** offered a full like-new repair, or just the good enough pull I needed. He fit my budget and time needs, and if I ever need work on the beater car or on my new car, this is the place!Review fromLashonda S

Crash champions is a joke I had my car repaired at the one in ************ ** on ******** ave ***** and they never put any of my bolts back in on my bumper and now my bumper if falling off and under my car is messed up because they never put my bolts back in they they want say its my fault when I went back couple of weeks ago and I paid ***** dollars for a shirt a** job and Im not happy now my car look more messed up then it did before I went to crash champions I never recommend any one to this crash champions they need to be SHUT DOWNNN !!Crash Champions, LLC

My vehicle's body work was repaired in December 2024. However, I am still waiting on 2 emblems. I have called every month and made a couple of visits to the facility. Each month, when I call (because they are not proactive to reach out to me at all) I am told the order was cancelled and they will need to submit a new order for the fiber emblem. What about the other emblem, I was told it was at the shop but they "prefer" to install both at the same time. In March or April, I spoke with the area/district manager who assured me they would order the carbon fiber emblem and install both emblems. I was also offered a gift card for the delay. It's now June and I still do not have either emblem on my vehicle. Two weeks ago, I spoke with the receptionist who stated they will give me $25 to order a carbon fiber emblem from **** and $25 for anything else that's needed. Umm no, this is unacceptable. They were paid $442 plus tax for the emblem work and have yet to complete it. At this point, I want a refund of the $442 so I can move on from this company. I think after 6 months of patience, I should be able to get a refund check and move on. When I declined the $50 gift card, I was told someone would call me back. I'm still waiting. Perhaps corporate can assist as I really would like to have a refund at this point. I have lost trust in Crash Champions and do not wish to return to that location or any other location.Crash Champions, LLC

I had work done on my vehicle less than two years ago and the front bumper which they replaced and painted is not only lifting away from body due to not being secure but also the paint is chipping off in various places - Brought it to Crash Champions several times but refusing to honor warranty- The areas that are chipping are steadily getting worse as a result of poor workmanship.Crash Champions, LLC

Had my vehicle towed so I could get an estimate on the underlining and front bumper from an automobile accident which the insurance had determined totaled; I wanted a second opinion. When I picked the vehicle up the CHECK ENGINE light was on, which was not on before being towed there, in fact it had previous came from the shop prior to the accident and after the accident it was drivable, nothing wrong with the engine, no engine light on and I am sure it was be determined when the engine light came on. I guess since the insurance company told them they deemed it a total loss no need to do another estimate they helped themselves to take parts. I can't specify which part, until it is looked at, possibly the catalytic converter, fuel cap or something else. I am in total SHOCK that they would do this. I called and called to speak with *****; I believe that was his name but no response. I'm filing a complaint today with Consumer Protection, perhaps they did this to other consumers, take parts from other vehicles to repair other vehicles and charge consumers for those parts. THIS IS INSANE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!Crash Champions, LLC

A few months after this location fixed my pickup, I started noticing some irregular repairs. I took it to another body shop, and they inspected the vehicle. They came to find that all of the repairs were wrong. Doors not installed properly, paint not matching, hood and bumpers not straight. Worst part was, that Crash Champions didn't pull out the dent behind the passenger door! When we went to them with these issues, they acted like it wasn't a problem. Also noticed that they charged my insurance for a new trim piece for the hood and still put the old one back on!! They also charged for a new step that wasn't even damaged in the accident and still once again put the old step back on! Will never go back to this company!!Crash Champions, LLC

Their so called "lifetime warranty" is a scam! They did a horrible job repairing my vehicle and won't stand behind their warranty. Instead, they told us that the reason the bumper is falling off on the side they repaired is because of new damage, which is not valid and an excuse to avoid fixing what they didn't do right from the beginning. I took my car to Crash Champion (Peotone). They give you a quote on fixing and a timeline. Be prepared to get your car back three times longer than they quote you. I was amazed that they aren't able to give accurate estimates in the repair time. I did some research and learned there are around 490 locations and the most common complaint was the many time extensions. I don't know if it is just a way of milking the customer or inept people who are clueless about the job. Unreal. Would not recommend due to feeling misled. If you call for the manager, expect to get a continuous, scripted sounding explanation about 'all the possible problems that could have gone wrong". My car had dents. To tell to me that there may be internal motor or wheel damage might have occurred, is utterly preposterous!Crash Champions, LLC
