    ********** ******** presents herself as a champion for homeownersclaiming to use IRC codes to increase insurance claim payouts. But what most clients dont know is that those larger payouts arent translating into completed work. Shes maximizing claims using building codes, collecting the money, and then failing to perform or follow through on the actual repairs.Heres the real story:She uses IRC and code-based arguments to increase settlements (which is legal and often necessary)but then doesnt deliver the scope of work she promised.Homeowners are left with little to no repairs, despite the insurance company issuing a large payment based on her ****************** many cases, she is involved with multiple insurance claims at once, and there are serious concerns that funds are being redirected or withheld, while homeowners are left holding the bag.Once the claim is paid out, communication stops, and promised work never gets completed.This is not just bad businessit may be grounds for a formal complaint and possible investigation by the state.     Settlesure was wonderful to work with for my roof repair. At first I was definitely skeptical at the sales door visits, but once I got to talking to them, they are all so helpful and professional! The friendly team from ****, ******, *****, and ******* all the way to their roofers were friendly and professional. **** especially will go above and beyond to assist! I highly recommend this company to anyone and guarantee you will not be disappointed ! We have referred them to others and everyone is satisfied!
