  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY OR *** ******!! PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOOK THESE POOR REVIEWS, LIKE I DID!I hired *** ****** via a Renovation Loan through Cross Country Mortgage. He was "certified and verified". *** said the job was "easy" and estimated on our contract that it would take 45 days to complete. My renoloan said the home had to be done within a year, or they can take over my home! So in April of 2024, after the 3rd time being told by *** that the floors were installed, only to learn they were not, I had to start considering if *** would ever get this job done. *** you even expressed not wanting to work in my home anymore, in fact, you are incredibly unprofessional and straight rude.***, you received over $23,000 in 2 rounds of funds from my mortgage company. With the 2nd payout of almost $15,000, there was hardly any progress made after that. You even had the audacity to tell me $30,000 is not a lot to a contractor, so can you maybe not steal the close to $13,000 you owe me for the work you never did? Because at this point, you have stolen almost $13,000. Yes, stolen.*** you started being a jerk when I called you out on your epic MOLD SERVICES. You know, the $2300+ mold remedial services you preformed, after which there was still mold in the house. On the phone, you told me you sprayed some stuff, wiped it down, and painted over it. That is not the kind of mold service I would expect from the "MOLD SQUAD".I was ignored many times, misled to believe more progress was made, and told my job was his priority. At this point, I have tried 3 different legal avenues to get my money back. *** has been unresponsive to them all, and since *** owes close to $13000, I don't have much money to hire a lawyer and keep pursuing this. So *** ******- why don't you make it right?

  Hello again ******** I tried to give you $3,000 back to put us at 50/50 but my business will not take a huge loss. ** then you would have the advantage. We performed 50% of the work there and I have an entire album that verifies this 100% I will repeat myself again. Your project was signed by you and your loan company for $37,850 with an optional 10% contingency making the entire job value at about $41,000...We were only paid APPROX. $22,000. Also we estimated the job being at about 50% done. We performed Demolition. Mold Removal. Paint everything walls, trim, doors (3 coats), sanded and painted the cabinets, debris removal 2x... we even took out the old bathtub and replaced with a new one. We also bought the lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures. Keep in mind you bought a neglected property with dog urine all over the walls. One of the nastiest jobs. So paint took forever. Since dog urine and grease kept coming back.All that was left was Flooring, Countertops, 2 broken windows replacements, and tile the shower. With that being said. There was still $15,000 - $19,000 (depending on contingency) left over from the contract price. So I did the math and all we owe you is $3000.00 Your loan company made an assessment. That didn't go off the loan price. They went off of general pricing. Which is a conflict of interest. I charged you $35 per sqft. For the entire Project. Your loan people made me break it down for some reason. (NOW I KNOW WHY)THEY MADE YOU BELIEVE THAT THIS PROJECT WAS A LINE ITEM PROJECT AND YOU PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT SERVICE YOU WANTED. AND CHOSE TO IGNORE MY $35 PER SQFT. AT THIS TIME, I CAN AGREE TO RETURN YOU FUNDS THAT MATCH US 50/50 ANY MONEY OVER $3,000 WOULD PUT YOU AT FINANCIAL GAIN. AND WOULD PUT YOU AT 75% - 90% FINANCIAL GAIN, WHILE WE WOULD GET 10% - 20% FOR A JOB THAT IS 50% DONE. KEEP MIND BY WRITING THESE REVIEWS YOU ARE DEFAMING OUR COMPANY. AND SPREADING MISINFORMATION. WHICH WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF PROJECTS FOR OUR COMPANY. PLEASE DONT END UP WITH A $100K LAWSUIT FROM **. FOR THAT REASON. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW YOUR EXPERIENCE. BUT DEFAMATION, LIES OR MISINFORMATION WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A COUNTER LAWSUIT. I CAN EVEN PUT A LEIN ON YOUR HOME FOR YOU BREAKING THE CONTRACT FOR TERMINATION..YOU TERMINATED US FROM THE PROJECT. WHEN YOUR LOAN PEOPLE GAVE US 1 YEAR. SO IF ANYTHING. YOU ARE IN IMMEDIATE BREACH OF CONTRACT. PLEASE DONT PLAY WITH YOUR NEW HOME. BECAUSE YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND IM TEYING MY BEST NOT TO GO THAT ROUTE. YOU CAN TAKE THE $3000 TO PUT US AT 50/50 IF NOT. TALK TO OUR LAWYERS AND WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT. IM NOT IN BREACH OF CONTRACT. YOU ARE. THANK YOU.
