      Great company to work with. Their tuning has dramatically improved the power of my 05 Duramax and they were very helpful in getting everything set up. ******* my sales guy also did a lot to make sure I was getting the best tuning for what I use my truck for and I couldn't be happier with their product.

      ******************* just an FYI:I have a hotshot company we purchased a turbo ? through ? *******************, who uses calibrated power and we had nothing but problem after p?roblem & poor customer the first turbo was defected which caused us to have to pay double labor they sent a new turbo and not even a week later this turbo is out and they knew the first one was bad when I reach out about them compensating on the labor for the defect turbo the offered ?store credit now that the second turbo is out I have called multiple times no response about our refund I dont recommend doing business with either of these companies also when speaking to ***** at Thoroughbred diesel after he was ********* I asked for his manager name he told me I wouldnt never get to speak with him and good luck with getting him to speak wi?th he said it was ***** the owner as a business owner I understand the value of a paying customer that is highly to be a repeat customer however these two companies have employees with a total different view from a owner who takes pride in there company my next step is to reach out to the BBB please share this post hopefully it reach someone in both of these companies that understand the value of customer service

      Sorry for the product failure. Our warranty program covers repair or replacement of our products if we are at fault for 1-year. This is a performance aftermarket component that requires professional installation. Unfortunately it does not cover third party labor rates.
