My family had entrusted them with prearrangement of our loved one. We was there to prepay for the services and trusted them to guide us on the cost. We was told at the end of our meeting that everything was included except the engraving of the headstone, which could not be paid until time of death. once our loved one passed and arrangements were made we was told that was and few thousand dollar additional fee that was not explained to us. The problem is we were told one thing by a representative of the company but billed another. The final words to us when we tried to get resolution was it is not our fault that you didnt understand what certain words meant. I believe it is the job of the company selling you something to explain what you are getting for your money. This was truly bad business!

Our records indicate the same for your family. Our practice is to review at each contact what the family has paid for and what is still needed. This was done again at the time of arranging the final services which incurred extra fees to fulfill as the family desired. We appreciate how your Funeral Home worked with us to ensure your loved ones services were performed as desired and asked for. *** will continue to work to serve your family and care for your loved ones site.
