    I ordered a wallet in early December 2024. I received it by the end of the month. Unfortunately, it was too small for my needs. I returned it, along with my original wallet, to have a new one made AND to repair my old wallet per my phone conversation with ********. Weeks went by with no response to my call or texts. They did refund my money but will NOT return my personal wallet I asked them to repair. I have gotten a few texts saying they mailed it at various times and would send me the tracking number, which they didn't. My wife called and left a message around February 17th asking for the return of my property. A text was sent to her on Feb. 21ST. stating they just fixed my wallet and (AGAIN) shipped it. No tracking # was given. I still haven't received it! I want my personal property returned to me! This is ridiculous. Why would they keep lying about having sent it out on several different occasions? Their website WON'T allow reviews to be given. That speaks volumes. I'm shocked that even the Amish are dishonest in their business practices. I just want my property returned.Sincerely, ******* *******

    I purchased Yoder Leather Company's Assets on January 10th, 2025 as a new entity, **************** This transition period was within the same timeframe of Mr. ******* sending his wallet for repair. Our craftsmen looked at the wallet and could not repair it. After refunding his money, we sent back his original wallet on 02/25/2025. The item has been delivered and the **** tracking is: **********************. Mr. ******* has now received his original property and money back. My BBB complaint is dated the same day of shipping his item (02/25/2025) so I believe this complaint was pre-mature and has now been solved. Thank you so much for your consideration and if there is anything else I can do to resolve this issue, please let me know.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    This company has proven to be unethical and downright lied to me by finally (after receiving complaint notice by BBB) sending my property back to me after several requests. They lied by sending me a text saying they "repaired" my wallet and had sent it back to me. I received my wallet and it had NOT been repaired. 

    In closing, I would like to leave a completely negative review of the practices and immature actions of the office person ********.  I would NEVER recommend or decide to do any business with Yoder in the future.Please save this record of complaint.  Respectfully, ******* *******
