    Unfortunately, upon inspection I'm disappointed with the stitching. The defective appearance greatly distracts from the overall quality of the item particularly since it is on the monogram side (lower left-hand corner zone & upper right-hand zone, although there are a couple of other spots as well).Contacted the company and received brief response. Must admit I'm disappointed in the customer service philosophy that the ********************** does not attempt to resolve customer concerns and simply takes the approach that "it is what it is". I would have expected that either they offer to send a replacement or at least extend some type of discount.
