    This company has poor customer service and expensive magazine for the customer service that they have. I paid for a year subscription and did not receive my first magazine! I called and Canceled it and was supposed to receive my $22 back and they never even sent it to me. I called 4 times and they said it would take 4 to 7 weeks to receive it and they sent it in the mail! That was in August and its now April! Since no one is even willing to help I feel it is my duty to report their business as un professional, and would never buy their magazines any of them

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Overall their product is good, I have now done a couple of their crochet clubs, however their customer service is the worst around. This is what is wrong in today's world. "We are so big, if you're not happy we don't care about you, we will get more of you". They send similar projects in hook & needle club however you keep it or you pay to return it, doesn't even make sense to return it. If you happen to not get a shipment because they "ran out" they never make good on it, never got it. They don't offer an offline way to watch the instructional videos so you better have good internet when you are crocheting. Overall it makes me mad to leave a bad review because I really want to like them, but I am DONE!!

    Constant shipping delays and poor communication from Annie's regarding delays. It's expensive to offer such shoddy service.
