I traded my vehicle 7 weeks ago had a Honda Care extended warranty on the vehicle I traded called the dealership gave them all the necessary paperwork to cancel my vehicle extended warranty on the vehicle I traded it's been 7 weeks and no cancellation of that contract per Honda care which I called to check the status myself. I was told my refund would be 4 to 6 weeks it's been 7 so I called Honda care myself. Andy Mohr Honda hasn't even sent the paperwork for the cancellation of the warranty. From the Honda care warranty department. **** **** dealerships should have there licenses banned from selling automobiles I wouldn't have found out if I hadn't checked myself. This is **** poor customer service and down right stealing from customers. Absolutely pathetic service from the dealership. I wouldn't buy anything from ******** car dealerships across the country. They are crooks who think they can bully customers and never answer their phones for your complaints. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else for your vehicle purchase

    Good Morning,

Thank you for sending this over. I check with both finance managers and neither one of them have an email with the required documents to cancel the warranty - copy of buyers order or written email stating wanting to cancel the product. The Finance manager had a voicemail from the customer 6/24/2025 and the finance manager called him 9.30 am eastern and offered to help as we did not have a copy of an email to cancel the contract. Customer stated that he handled it himself and cancelled with Honda and we offered to help if we needed. As you know we cant just cancel based on a phone call because there is no paper trail.

I took my car to Andy Mohr Honda in March because I believed I had fuel contamination. I filed a claim with my insurance and got a rental vehicle. They had my car for a week. Replaced my fuel injector and changed my filter. I found out through my insurance that Andy Mohr Honda was cancelling my claim because they didn't find any fuel contamination. I got my car back and it ran fine for about three or four days. My boyfriend was driving my car on the interstate and it broke down. He almost didn't make it to the side of the rode because the wheel locked up. I got it towed back and a day after having it they contacted me saying I did have fuel contamination. They claimed that they did check everything last time. They had it for three weeks because they wouldn't sign some papers my insurance sent over. All they did this last time was empty and clean my tank. It costs about $721. When I got my vehicle back I almost didn't make it to the gas station because they didn't fill my car up enough. A week after having it it broke down again on the highway. Got it to another mechanic who said that Andy mohr Honda overfilled my transmission fluid so much they're surprised all it did was break down. Since then my car has been sputtering. I've taken it to many mechanics, but no one could catch what was wrong with it. Finally it officially broke down last week. I took it to ***** automotive and they looked at it. They told me Andy mohr Honda never did what they have claimed. My fuel pump and tank were caked with sugar. The filter was horribly damaged. They never even took the pump apart or cleaned my tank. ***** said if they did they definitely would have seen the issue. They had to replace my tank and pump. Which cost $1,320.63.

Thank you for forwarding the complaint to our attention. Upon receipt, we have conducted a thorough investigation into the repairs carried out in March 2023. Please find below a detailed summary of the events and our findings:

    **Summary of Events:**

    - On March 7, 2023, the customer visited the dealership with their vehicle, which had been towed in due to a suspected issue of fuel contamination. Upon inspection, ************** recommended the replacement of the fuel injector and mass airflow sensor, to which the customer consented.

    - Subsequently, the customer reported a breakdown, and ********************** arranged for ************* Towing to transport the vehicle back to our dealership on March 20, 2023. The customer's complaint was related to the vehicle sputtering. We conducted a fuel contamination test, which confirmed the presence of contaminated fuel. In alignment with Honda's technical support line and repair guideline procedures, we proceeded to drain and clean the fuel tank, as well as flush out the fuel system.

    - Since completing these actions, we had not received any further communication from the customer until the receipt of this complaint. The subsequent step in our repair protocol was to replace the fuel injectors, considering all other parts had been addressed previously. Regarding the customer's claim concerning charges for unperformed work, we firmly refute this accusation. Both the service manager and the service advisor personally verified the condition of the drained fuel tank during the service on March 20, 2023.

In conclusion, Andy Mohr Honda has meticulously adhered to the prescribed repair processes and has provided all the services billed to the customer. Consequently, we do not acknowledge any basis for concession to the customer under these circumstances.
