    My 2022 Honda Odyssey was being repaired at this facility from early April to mid-May. When I picked up my car it was clear that a homeless person had been living in it. They smoked cigarettes and marijuana in my car, peed in a cup and left it, put out cigarettes in my cup holders, left a blanket and other garbage in my car as well as took personal belongings (phone chargers, gifts from my family.) This person had access to my address/ identity and garage door opener. The car smelled horrible and never improved. Additionally there were minor parts left in my trunk that had not been reinstalled.I expected the staff of **** **** to quickly accept accountability and be apologetic for this error. They did not. They said it was speculation that a person had been in my car and no one would admit that the car had been left unlocked. There were no signs of break-in. They also were quick to push blame to the collision center that had also worked on my car.I decided I did not want to drive this car back 2 hrs to my home. I also decided I did not want to own it any longer. I expected ****** ***** to be generous with a trade in offer and was willing to buy a car from his lot (this is my 5th Honda--I've driven them for the last 20 years). The only thing Mr. ***** did was have the car detailed. Since then, I have used my time to purchase a new car. I now own a 2025 ****** Ascent Touring and received $32,000 in trade in value for my van. Mr. ***** shared the most he could possibly give me was $28,000 due to the poor condition of my vehicle and he did not come down on the price of the new Pilot on his lot I told him I would buy. I'm disappointed that such a large Indiana franchise does not encourage their employees to make smart business decisions ($) as well as do the right thing. I have video, pictures and email correspondence from this experience.

    My daughter is a student at IU and scheduled her Honda Civic for an oil change that would have cost $65.91 and when she left the bill was $363 because they said it was due for a brake fluid flush and transmission fluid change. She did not want that work done as she had just scheduled the oil change. They insisted this be performed that day! I was not there with her but she did call and tell me that they "recommended" these other things get done while she was there. I was not able to talk to an Advisor at that time. My point is how do they know this wasn't performed on the vehicle already? Also, I believe my daughter was taken advantage of. They saw a young female college student come in and saw dollar signs and took advantage. I have called 5-6 times to talk to the Service Manager but have only been able to leave voice messages. He did return one call to me but unfortunately, it went to VM. When I called yesterday, I insisted I talk to the Service Manager or the Advisor listed on the bill and that I would wait. **************** isn't apparently capable of handling that so again I left a message with them to give to both people, again!. I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK YESTERDAY. I am not done with this incident and when I'm down there next time they will hear from me. THis is our first and last experience with Andy Mohr Honda of Bloomington.
