    I had purchased the afterlife 4s on Dec 2021 *** was told they would be in my possession with a few months well its been over a yr and I get nothing but excuse after excuse. I can provide *** documentation necessary to show/prove this also have messages of Kito stating all this. At this point I just want my refund.

    On 12/31/21, my son ordered Afterlife sneakers from kito wares, order# ***** for $162.06. To date we have still not received this item. Its been 11 months with no sign of them to come. My son and I both have emailed him following up, with promises of its coming soon and free gifts. *** requested a refund now several times via email. The last 2 emails over the last 30 days, Ive received no response. So Im taking this action and will pursue further if necessary. Please refund our money. Email history available if needed.

    I ordered a pair of Mother ****'s on 10/30 as a preorder. After contacting this company multiple times via email, Instagram and DM'ing the owner directly on Instagram, they have ghosted me and refuse to give me a refund. They sent factious updates on the order.

    Sent kito LLC money through a credit card payment September 1st for some Black Jag Foam shoes...contact them back in September about being charged twice...they resolved that issue...the shoe raffle was supposed to end at the end of September, if you weren't selected money refunded...contacted first week of October about the raffle or my refund was told raffle is live ending end of October....now it's November and I contacted them...no response and the websites are down...(kitoware.online) just would like to be refunded or my shoes sent to me...m

    March 24th 2022 I paid $155 for root of evil shoes. Never came. They have been in touch with me several times. I even got a pair of another shoes they carry for the inconvenience of the wait. They have now stopped responding to messages and still havent got the shoes I ordered.

    I purchased their sneakers which was 10/29/21 and they were 150$. They had an eta of 2 weeks. After 2 weeks passed they told me I had to wait 4 months. Id contact them every time and theyd make several excuses as to why it will take and extra week or an extra month. So far nothing has happened. They did however send me a free shirt to make up for the time (this was in may I believe). After that though nothing else has happened. They ask if I want a refund and I say yes all the time but they never refund me and ignore me. I have evidence, screenshots of conversation/chat by @kitowares on instagram which is run by the kitowares team. I have also asked for a refund via email but I have yet to receive anything (I have been asking for a refund on the very day I purchased because it changed the wait time to 4 months. I am not the only person who has suffered this loss. There are countless other people who are still getting scammed by KITO LLC. I have tried charging back but they always fight it and my bank doesnt win the dispute. Please contact me for more information, they are running a fraudulent business.Thanks

    I ordered something from this company was given a fake shipping number and was lied to multiple times about the status of my order I finally asked for a refund and they told me I had to e mail them I sent a e mail and no one ever responded I then reached back out to the pages Instagram where they now just wont respond to me I am now at a loss and do not know how to move foward
