    I signed up for a membership in 2021 where $70 was drafted from my account monthly in order to have a massage monthly. I moved in August ****************************************** hopes of still being able to utilize the services. I cancelled my membership on August 19, 2022 due to not being able to schedule services consistently. I was told I could transfer my credits, which I had 3 credits, to family and friends but it had to be one per month. I continued with the cancellation with this knowledge in hand so my credits would not go to waste. I called on August 31, 2022 to transfer one credit and spoke with a manager who transferred the credit and again was told I could transfer one per month but the credits had to be used by the 60 day expiration date of October 28, 2022. When I called on September 19, 2022 to transfer a second credit, I was told I was outside of the 10 day window of cancellation and they could not complete the transfer. They further stated that the policy changed when I let them know what I had been told all along. I stated this was unethical and I received no notice about the change in policy. I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and when the manager came back on, she stated she looked it up and the policy stands with no transfer after 10 days of cancellation and she would not complete the request.This is extremely poor business ethics and I am looking for Massage Envy to honor what they said up front and allow the transfer of my credit.
