This was my first time using Summers plumbing heating and cooling. The technician that came was named Jason. He was very informative and was good at explaining Summers programs and procedures. After his completion he came in and explained everything to my wife and I. It was a good experience and we will use them again. I would recommend Jason to be your technician.

5 stars*************************** conducted a routine inspection of our heating/cooling system as part of our annual contract. He arrived at the specified time, was clean in appearance, and put his shoe booties on before coming in the door. He worked quietly and efficiently and explained the procedure he followed in performing the inspection. He asked if we were interested in a air purifying system. I declined for a number of reasons and I did not feel that he pushed me into considering the system. Much appreciated. I asked him about placing a cover on our air conditioner system and he explained that in doing so, it would attract mice and chipmunks to hibernate there in the winter. I had not considered that before and was quite appreciative that he took the time to explain that. We have had annual service contracts with Summers for several years and have always found their work/service to be above board!Review fromJoel G
