5 starsVery professional. Some problems getting them to come out for an emergency repair on weekends--- but once they come out, no problems whatsoever. They clean up their trash & ask if I have any questions before they leave.Review fromElijah L

1 starI worked for them but they never paid me right. If I did the job, whoever was there helping me got my pay when they were suppose to get helpers pay and I would get an hourly pay (which my hourly wasnt enough to keep my family from struggling) so I talked to my boss, told him that we were struggling and he said it wasnt his problem, so I told him I was giving him my 2 weeks. I went to do the job for the rest of that day and then when I was heading home for the day he asked me to meet him at the shop. When I got there he told me I was fired. (my guess is that they dont want people to be able to say that they quit Summers? Idk because they have only been open in Huntington for 3 months and they have fired 5 people including me). Which never made sense to me because I was sent to ******** for a week to get certified to carry refrigerant but they told the guy that was hired after me that wasnt certified; that hed be the one to carry it.(which is illegal). ********************* was always getting on to ** because we werent making reviews for our customers and told us to make sure they leave a review and if the customer wont do it then the employee is supposed to make them a fake email to make a good review. I always thought that was taking it a little too far.Also they were always trying to push you to get a new system, even when the problem you called about was really just a cheap easy fix. I also want to comment, their products are more expensive than anywhere else and they claim that its because its better quality and going to last longer. Summers is just a scam all the way around and I hope they do better in the future. I have no hate for them at all, even though it kind of ***** that Im neighbors with *********************, him and his wife always have to make rude comments towards ** or tease ** about having their dog attack **. Which we just ignore them and stay positive, their negative energy isnt worth it especially because we arent struggling anymore and we are happy.Review fromRoger F

4 starsUsed Summers to flush the hot water heater and did that okay . The relief valve needed replaced but the crew didn't have one in the service vehicle. Dylan and Drew were the technicians.Review fromJudith K
