  Im very dissatisfied with their service, especially from the lack of response from their management! Ive been using their maintenance service agreement for several years on my 5 year old HVAC system. Over the past three years, Summers performed several repairs to the heat-pump, with duplicating some repairs. During the last routine service, the junior technician apparently caused the system to shut down as he was checking the heat-pump. He promptly called a senior technician to come over and check out the problem. The senior technician worked on the system for several minutes and unceremoniously told me the new repairs would cost $4700. I refused to approve the work and called the office to speak to a manager about the service call and repeated repairs. The secretary politely took all my information and said it might be 48 hours for him to call back. Several days went by without a call back, so I called another factory authorized company to evaluate the system.They checked out the system and discovered it to be overcharged with ********** they rebalanced the system and found the heat-pump working normally. I placed a second call to Summers to talk to a manager, but again no one had the courtesy to respond. Several of previous Summers repairs were for Freon leaks, sealing, and adding additional Freon at my expense.

  ************************* was able to come way before my appointment window, which was great. There was two gentlemen which was very professional, informative and courteous. The was flat out to the point of the visit, and let me know what my issues were with my furnace, showed me pictures and let me know what my best options were! Summers Heating &Cooling rock, and are good at what the do!

  Mike Pace was wonderful and very helpful, caring and honest. I have been using this company for number of years and so far have been pleased with the service and the products I have purchased from them, an air conditioner system, a new water heater and now a new furnace. On Sunday evening I found my furnace had gone out, called Summers and Calib came out on a repair call....he spent much time finding the source of the problem and said we needed a part, but the work would be done on Monday morning....and it was, but I decided to get a new furnace as mine was 13 years old and knew parts were going to be expensive to keep it going, so decided on a new one.....it will be installed in a week or so.......I hope I will be as pleased as I have been with the other items I have purchased from them.

  Do not recommend this company. I called Summers to request a service to fix a pilot line problem with the water heater.Over the phone the tech stated the cost of his visit ($159). I asked whether the cost including fixing the problem. HE REPLIED YES. So I agreed to his visit.He took 20 minutes to clean a dirty spark unit with a dollar bill that ignites the gas heater and that fixed the problem.I was charged $309. When I questioned the excessive charge of $150 over the agreed cost over the phone, he said the amount he quoted over the phone did not include the repair, contradicting his statement over the phone.This is false advertising and had he informed me that the $157 only included the visit, I would not have hired Summers.It is simply unprofessional to mislead customers.

  He was very informative about the condition of the furnace. He explained what needed to be done and what might be done in the future. He left prices for repair and replace. Excellent. He deserves a raise.

  He was very positive and professional!! Caleb took the time to explain and questions I had. I will have Caleb for all repairs or inspections!!
