      I am very upset with them. First he came out without the equipment he needed to do the job. You would think an auger would be a standard equipment on the van. Then he took this small snake put down the front drain and thought he fixed it which only took a min to do and charged me 130 for that min and added the 100 for just to show up Then after 230 dollars charge left. I went to store right after my husband phoned me not even 10 mins and said the toilet is still not flushing. So we still have the problem after paying 230. Can not afford for anyone to come out so trying to fix it ourself again. Not happy

      I really like Caleb--he is my choice for furnace repairs, etc.! He went above & beyond w/ my situation on Tuesday, 10.10.23, & I truly appreciated his efforts as his persistence solved my problem!
      He also reviewed my new thermostat w/ me before he departed as well!

      Chad D from Dayton-Centerville is very experienced and professional. He took time to check the AC units in our house and found out where the issues were, fixed the urgent need. He also took time to discussed the future work needed for the potential issue of our other unit has. We are pleased with this company for years.

      My home needed the sewer line replaced and wisely, re-plumbing the 70 year-old pipes was included. It took three days, the guys were efficient, professional, and had decades of expertise. ***** was able to answer any questions that I had. Each day they came on time and were hard workers focused on getting the job done. My home feels like it has a new lease on life for decades more. Thank you.

      We have been with Summers since 2018. ***** was scheduled to inspect the plumbing in our home. He sent of pic of himself and ETA after I spoke with the receptionist at Summers confirming I was still available. After his inspection he wrote up his findings, we discussed. Nothing need immediate attention. Time was on our side. Thank you ***** for being so thorough.
