      Summers’ team was excellent! Mike P. provided a thorough diagnostic review of my ax and furnace. He offered a recommendation that was informed and educated me on the overall status and issues with both. I was able to make decisions that were best for my needs. Also, respectful of my home (carpet and floors). Great to work with

      Josh was very professional and customer-focused. He minimized any inconvenience and took care to not disturb my furnishings. He welcomed and answered my questions. I was most pleased with his work and his customer service.

      I had just moved into my new home and just a few days later ***** knocked on my door. He was from Summers, and was working on the unit behind mine. He said he was hearing something strange with my A/C unit when it was trying to kick on, and asked me to come with him so that he could show what he meant. It was hot and humid outside and the inside temperature was growing warmer and warmer. In ********************** handled everything for me including having the warranty checked for coverage. The capacitor had went out and needed to be replaced. ***** could have simply left after finishing his original call, and not given me a heads up. However being the professional he is, he felt it necessary to inform me that there was an issue I needed to be aware of going forward. I will definitely have all my future needs addressed by Summers!
