      Steve Denning from Summers in Centerville, Ohio came out to my residence for a second opinion on an AC unit put in by Detmer. He was very thorough and helpful and explained many issues that need to be resolved by Detmer that were not done but were on my estimate. I am awaiting Building Inspection to come out as well. He was very thorough and explained each issue that I had questions about. Very knowledgeable! Thank you!

      I'm glad to have had ******************* over for my estimate for a heat pump water heater. For water treatment he says water softeners are the only way to go. I'll think it all over.

      Summers plumbing heating and cooling is a shady company. Charged me $99 for a service visit where the technician didn't even really diagnose the problem. I had already known what the issue was and just needed it replaced. Despite telling the lady what brand the water heater was and that it was basically brand new and under warranty the tech said they don't do warranties with that company and proceeded to try to sell my an overpriced new system. I would have just went with someone else that does honor the warranty of the water heater I have currently.

      **** was outstanding! He explained what he was doing during the A/C tuneup and checked it thoroughly. I had a live wire that was not properly taped. He tested and turned off. Ive had 2-3 furnace techs out through a home warranty and none every pointed it out. Because of his honesty, patience and explanations of all my questions I got a membership. Even the customer rep was great, she called back next business day to set my appointment and called before **** showed up. Both were very professional.

      Caleb at Summers did a very thorough job of cleaning both our indoor and outdoor A/C units. Very personable and reviewed his tune-up before leaving. Also asked if I had any questions. Highly recommend Caleb.

      We have had numerous power outages in our neighborhoods that is affected our AC and thermostat. Summers came out very very promptly and took care of the problem and we have since added two surge protectors to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Jason came by today to take care of a problem with wiring, and he was in and out so fast, true gentleman and we will continue to use Summers for any other needs that we have in our home. They are the best.
