I paid $15 on 6/10/24 for my first visit to the doctor and another $15 on 6/18/24 for a follow-up visit. After receiving a bill for a missing $15 copay, I called this company on 6/20/24, and the rep claimed to have fixed it. After receiving another bill for the same $15, I called back and got a rep who said my payment on the 18th was applied to the 10th because they can't locate my payment on the 10th. That rep suggested I fax over proof of payment, and I did fax a copy of my Amex statement with the highlighted $15 to *************** on 6/12/24. After getting no response and still having a balance, I opened an email case. The rep replied, I attached proof of payment, and then I haven't heard back from the rep. I want this $15 balance to be cleared. I paid the copay at the time of service, but you're still claiming that I didn't. What could be the issue is that the doctor's ****** at the first visit had my birthday incorrect, but they did correct later in their system after I saw this and spoke to the medical assistant. Either way, I'm not paying the $15 and demand that this be cleared ASAP. I will be reporting this to the ********* of ************ and the *********** of ******** Affairs if it is not. I will also be getting in touch with Horizon to let them know that you tried to bill more than the copay.

This company billed my as mydocbill.com for $498 for medical services performed on 2/3/24. The bill stated that my insurance company covered none of the bill. I called my insurance company and was told that they actually covered most of the bill, that all I owe is $28.98. When I called mydocbill twice to find out why they billed the full amount, I was disconnect by a different representative each time.

On 4/3/2024 I called Zotec Partners ************* medical billing company for ******************* **************************************** ) about a $179.00 bill. The initial CSR stated it was from services rendered two years ago! I asked why was I just now receiving the bill. I requested to speak to a manager, she left the phone, came back, and stated something to the effect of, Yep, the system says you owe $179.00. A manager would tell you the same thing. I then, sternly requested to speak to a manager. She connected me to *********. I re-told the situation. ********* left the phone to research. She came back and said the $179.00 bill was a mistake, they owed me $582.00 and would mail me the check! Not having received the check, I called Zotec Partners on 4/17/2024, requested a manager, was connected with ****. I re-stated my situation, telling her about communication with *********. She said I would receive the check in three weeks. Not having received the check, I again called Zotec Partners on 5/6/2024, requested a manager, spoke to Joy. I re-told everything. *** stated I would have the check by 5/15/2024.The check did not come on 5/15/2024. I called Zotec Partners. I requested a manager and was connected with another ****. This **** said the check would be sent at the end of the week. Not having received the check by 5/24/2024, I called Zotec Partners, requested a manager, spoke to *****. ***** attempted to tell me that what I relayed to her about *********, ****, and the other **** did not go that way and she would check phone recordings. I said that was fine. I told her I was reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. ****** tune then changed to, I will have this expedited and you will receive the check in 4-6 weeks. Tomorrow is 7/1/2024. I still have not received the $582.00 refund from Zotec Partners after dealing with them since 4/3/2024. I demand my money now and a response from the head of the company.

I was provided a bill for $199 for an emergency visit on February 16, 2024. I had already paid my co-pay of $150 on that same date in the hospital. I filed an appeal and was told I would hear a response within five days. It has been almost two weeks with no response and the supervisor did not respond to my email two days ago. I do not owe this money and this invoice needs to be removed.

I have been trying since March 2024 to receive a correct invoice from the billing company My Doc Bill, but they still have not provided one. My husband had 2 medical appts on 1/17/24 at Riverside Radiology and ******************** (at the *****************, ** office). We have rec'd an invoice (for $636.89) for the 1st appointment and have no dispute concerning it. We do plan to pay that invoice soon. The 2nd appt was submitted to our (previous) insurance company, Medical Mutual, on 3/5/24. The billing company is still claiming Med Mutual has not processed the claim, but Med Mutual did process it on 3/10/24. I have called the billing company several times. ***************** (a supervisor at My Doc Bill), on 4/3/24, asked me to fax a copy of the Explanation of Benefits from Med Mutual to her, which I did on 4/3/24, to ************. She had said she would email the updated invoice to me (which should be for $109.07, rather than the full $160.00) once she rec'd the **** I never rec'd the updated invoice so called the billing company again on 4/25/24. Again I was told to fax the *** to them, which I did again on 4/25/24. I STILL have not rec'd the updated invoice. I have also checked again today in my husband's online acc't and the acc't still says "pending response from insurance." I rec'd a "successful" fax confirmation both times I sent the faxes, and they went to the correct fax #s.I need an up-to-date correct invoice so that I can pay it b/c I retired from my previous employer the end of February. I have a deadline to request reimbursement of all medical payments, so I need to be able to pay this bill from the 1/17/24 medical appts, and finally THEN will be able to request reimbursement before the deadline. Thank you for your assistance. As you can probably tell, I am very frustrated with the amount of time I have had to put in to trying to obtain the invoice. Several phone calls to the billing company, an online "contact us" communication, and a couple of emails.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in re*erence to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your re*erence, details o* the o**er I reviewed appear below.

They claim they are a  billing company  *or Integrated Imaging Consultants  LLC  with an  "S".    "IF" they are a  billing  company,  why  can they  not  send the  email with a  returnable or  contact email address or a  phone?  Or  state  what they  do, when they  did  it, i* a  doctor was involved?  What their  address may be. Is there a  procedure  code *or  what  was  done?  Description?  Tax ID  number?  Their  email simply  stated  bill is  past  due,  nothing attached  and  no  link.  I* there is a  doctor  is the  doctor/person licensed as a  ******* ************* doctor or any type o* ************* person  in the State o* ********?  Will need to prove this.  Is this  person employed  by the  company in  question?  I looked  in Google  and obtained a  phone  *or this  company. I  was told the  person is  not  a  *******  not a medical *******  not  any type o* medical person,  not  licensed in the State * Illinois and  not   employed or  any way associated with that company.  Via  phone  with Zotec,  the IT person who  was now the ** o* the  company,  *********************** stated  I  was  billed twice.  I  received an  email, which is not a  bill as it contained no  in*ormation  and I  received only  one  email.  I*  he is  who he  states he is, should he not know what in*ormation goes  on a  bill?   He  stated my insurance has been  billed.  Another lie.  He  stated  he  can look up my bill and provide in*o to me i* I give him my SS#.  I  asked *or Zotec and Integrated Imaging  Consultants  tax number and  he  did not have it.  Besides  *raudulent billing  maybe they are money laudrying?  I  know they  lie and also conduct illegal wire  records,  both  State and Federal level.

Another medical provider sent me an  email.  They know how and what in*ormation to have on the bill.  First their email was  reachable  and  they included  phone and  *ax. They  included their address,  date o*  service procedure  code, and  many other  details  and a  proper  bill should.  They  stated a  passcode *or their link will be in a  separate email. They  stated they ere billing insurance  which they  did.  They  stated the  bill is an  estimate and  not to pay anything  until the bill is  received  via USPO mail. They are  a real company  and Zotec  and Integrated Imaging are not  real.

********************; lied with the  first email,  denying  any  connection  to Integrated Imaging Consultants  with an  "S".  Denied the  person I  spoke  with  Mary  was  an  employee.

When I  looked at Zotec  website and  they  list  Integrated Imaging  Partners  with an  "S"  of  who they  work with.

2nd  email  *****************; now  caught in lies  recants   and  stated yes they  work with them  and  yes **** is the sole  employee in their  call center.  Then  proceeds to tell me  more lies and  caught in more  those lies  he  ties other lies. I  did  email the  T **** Law,  he  did not  respond  to emails or  calls and  clearly  does not  know what his  VP does or how his VP loves to communicate with lies.  I  asked to speak with anyone  else but  him and he  wanted my SS# in order to even look up  any information.  I  do not  know these  companies.  All I know is a  bad  email with no information and the person who claims they  do  billing  does not know their  tax  number which is  required on medial billing, unless the  person and/or  entity is  attempting to defraud the  government and not pay  tax.    The  person who is  responding  clearly does not have the complete information.  I do not trust a  company that lies  until caught and then tells more lies.   **** in the call center  does not know  anything,   But  a VP who lies and defrauds is  alot worse.

[Zotec already knows and has been made aware that the collections agency they turned me over to is not called online collections but is called Wakefield and associates. This is yet another way they are pretended they have fixed their mistakes instead of actually fixing it.]
