In February of this year I tried to pay my dues to my surprise my account had been sent to collections a day prior. When I reached the office (Omni) the lady let me know my account had been sent to Roache and Associates. I immediately called them because I was willing to pay my dues along with the late fee because I knew I was late on my payment. The gentleman I spoke to notified me that when I received the letter I could dispute it because I had not received a letter from **** stating it had been sent to collections. I few months go by and I had not heard anything after calling multiple times to their office I was finally told in July I would get a letter in the mail with their decision. I just received that letter 7/22 a week later and I am being asked to pay $520.00 which is completely unacceptable. I never received this letter they are attaching to the sheet of papers they mailed. Like I told them in my dispute and over the phone I never received this letter; our neighborhood was being hit by mail theft at the time of this letter being mailed and mail was being thrown in different areas of the neighborhood. I never received the letter stating my account would be sent to collections. As I told them (Roache & Associates) I am willing to pay my dues including the late fee because I know I was late but I am not willing to pay the attorney fees and most definitely not the court fees. After speaking to **** 8/5 after 3 failed attempts in reaching her by phone and email, her response was youre an adult and know bills need to be paid. Im not running away from paying my dues Ive been trying to do so since February! Yet this office never returns calls or emails and expects you to pay their ridiculous fees.

This law firm is working with Asocia and our HOA. We've just moved in this year and they never sent any bills then all of the sudden they sent us a lawyers letter stating we were late and that they added almost $300 in lawyers fees. They provided no information and neither Associa nore Roache & Associates will take our payment. We even offered to pay the late fee of $25 EVEN THOUGH we never received any original requests and the TownSquare app they forced us to pay $100 to use still says we owe $0. This all seems very sketchy and whomever they have answering their phones was really rude and essentially said tough luck, pay us the whole amount and the ridiculous fees or don't and it will sit here. This was for an HOA bi-anual fee that was due at the end of July 2022 and we received this demand letter in October 2022. Multiple members of our neighborhood are experiencing the same thing.
