    Hi, good morning This is ******* from ****************I got your email.The reason I have not been ******** make my payment to liberty greek was because I I have been sick since February, and was in a short term disability. I wasnt able to Make all of my monthly payments I couldnt pay my mortgage also, , loaning from family and friend to keep up.But I got back to work now still trying to get back I. My feet because I have got lot of outstanding bills.I will make sure I make the payment I am suppose to pay with out any other fee or chargers.Please kindly look into this for **** am also a student and a single mother of two kids.Thank you very much. *********************************.

    I realize this is a collection lawyer so most people are probably disgruntled when dealing with them, but never have I dealt with such a lack of respect when I'm trying to PAY MY DEBT. The receptionist(s) both my husband and I have dealt with is a smartass and very unhelpful. We sent them a money order to take care of everything and THEY LOST IT. We had tracking on it and have confirmation it was delivered but they have nothing. Now we have to get a refund and redo the money order, which we were told would take up to 30 days. Meanwhile, they schedule a court date barely over that 30 days but we have "more than enough time because that date is obviously over 30 days." Judging by the other reviews, I'd say the people that run this place don't have any decency and my review will just be another to add to the other one stars but I feel a little better. Absolute trash.
