      No hot water for 12 days and counting! This management company cares NOTHING about its residents! They are horrible! Most of the people in my community are 70+ years old! This company did not return a single phone call in 12 days that I have been out of hot water. I hope NO ONE EVER hires them to cover their property. They are horrible!!!!I am not the only one with lists of issues from this company!

      I am being discriminated against by property manager *** ****** over in ***********************. I have no way to get in contact with corporate. I have no way to get in contact with anyone in the office or anything. Im just being told to leave. The letter I have says check my lease agreement but it sites no specific issue. *** ****** is retaliating against me and wants me to be homeless with my children.

      This place is a terrible place to live! Its overpriced, understaffed, and the office is horrible at getting in contact with! They fix nothing that stops working, do not call you about the issues but want to collect the rent on due date and fine you if your late. I dont even think they have a maintenance crew anymore or a physical person in the office for that matter! BEWARE OF RENTING HERE! You WILL BE SORRY YOU SIGNED ANY TYPE OF LEASE!

      If I could give Zero stars I would. These people are hard to reach and do bad business. I have reached out multiple times no response. They don't care which makes me wonder why are they here!? Poor customer service businesses will not last long. Cant wait until another company takes over!

      We were told over a year ago we would get a new dryer as it has not been working. Weve been told multiple times we are getting a new one by multiple different managers and we have yet to receive one. Our dishwasher is once again not draining and our kitchen floor keeps flooding. This is the second time. It took over a week for you guys to even contact us about it which meant we couldnt use our kitchen sink for a week and a half. We ended up having three different people come to look at it and they got it to drain but we still needed someone to come and fix it yet no one did. It is now filling up with water again and we arent even using the fish washer. I have called the office number and maintenance number and no one has showed or called us back. The light fixture in our bathroom has been flickering since we moved in. One of the maintenance guys said it was an electrical issue that is a fire hazard so he would have to come in and rewrite it and put in new lighting. Still no one has shown. Our screen door has not been put on and is still sitting on our porch. The carpeting was never fully attached to the floor. We asked for it to be stretched and attached but nothing has been done still. I also had a restraining order against my neighbor and the apartment still allowed them to live by me. The neighbors vandalized my property, broke into my home, and threatened my life. They wouldnt let me out of my lease or even move me to a different apartment. I have emailed and called multiple times about my issues and they wont even take the time to respond to me.

I do not  know what property you are currently residing in. I am sure once we know the issues we will be able to get ************ completed to your satisfaction, per your lease agreement.

      ********************* I been staying at these apartments for almost 5years I stay to myself, never had a issue, it started when I was on the phone one day, a lady called the police on me for talking on my phone to loud, than I had a friend come over I'm always in my apartment, so I never really know what's going on, he got banned off the property, okay cool, I kept him off the property until one day his cousin brought him to my apartment, and I had to get out of my sleep to drop him off, one of the mangers caught him, I try to explain,they wasn't trying to hear me out, I park in a lady handicapped spot three times not purposely, because I be so tired from work, and not paying attention, they gave me a Notice to Vacate which I totally think it's unfair, I even got blame for a third vehicle that's not even mine, a violation for trash that I don't thinks true, because my 16 old throw the trash out, and my bags be tied up, one of the mangers said," they have pictures because they hired a bounty hunter like I was a criminal or something, I haven't seen the picture yet," on my request, I been calling for things to get fix, for like four months and it hasn't yet," I feel like I'm a good tenant, and did everything these people asked me to do, and still got a Notice to Vacate, whiched I'm filled with all kinds of emotion, I even got hit with my company doing illegal activities, and I don't even a loud people to drink or smoke in my apartment, and whatever he did when he left my apartment, is not my problem, and the blame shouldn't came to me, because when a person tell you there gone than that's what you believe.

      I just signed my 4year lease and Im regretting itMissing 9 months of my ledger nobody seems to know how to retrieve it and the charges have been explained to me several times but they still dont add up or make any sense I feel like I was over charged during my first 2years according to my ledger.I was in a domestic marriage and got a divorce asked the office to switch apartments for the safety of myself and my children and I was told Id be placed back on a waiting list 2-5years with a new security deposit.My apartment has been placed on abatement 2-3 years by section 8 due to lack of maintenance or maintenance negligence loss of documentation in office, high employment turn over in office staff, and now we have no maintenance at all excluding the help sent to us My apartment is in abatement now and the office is calling me about rent that is current or filing eviction notice witch is highly illegal during my open abatement (holding on July rent until abatement is lifted) it took 3 years and two phone calls to my caseworker to get the things I needed fixed in my apartment and the office is ******* the process by having everything done in 3-5 days. I feel like Im overwhelmed and tired of paying ***Slumlords***as a single mother I wish I could get all of my money back that I dumped into this h*** hole and put it down on a house for my kids!!! I hate that I work long hours just so my kids can go to sleep inhaling moldy wood, dirty filters, infestation of ants, or carpet that clearly hasnt been changed in years!! Compensation Hopes and dreams of a single mother who just wants a good living environment for her children,

      Terrible in so many ways. Avoid! Read the reviews on ****************************. They are the property managers.
