      On 5/10/23, I signed a rental agreement with Signature Self-Storage with intentions to store a car at their National Rd facility. Upon arrival on 5/11/23 I was informed that the only space with the dimensions needed to store the vehicle were on the second floor of the facility. This made the storage option an impossibility, as there are no accessible means to get to the second floor with a motor vehicle.*******************, the facility manager, acknowledged that the car could not be stored at their facility and cancelled the rental agreement on 5/11/23. While reviewing a recent credit start statement, I discovered that Signature Self-Storage has been billing my credit card since May, 2023 - although I never moved into or used any of their facilities or services.I've called and spoken to ******************* and/or her assistant every day since my discovery of the charges on 2/16/24. Both of the ladies agreed that the mistake was made on their end, acknowledged that they remember the scenario as described on 5/11/23, and stated that I should be reimbursed for all charges that were erroneously made to my credit card for services that were never rendered. I was later notified that *********************** manager - whose contact information she states she's "unable to share" - insists that Signature Self-Storage is only willing to reimburse for 2 month's worth of rental. This was after reminding them of their inability to provide a unit that I could use, as well as verifying through ******************* that I NEVER moved anything into the facility and ******* cancellation of the contract.When contacting the facility at ************, a message plays that notifies the caller that all calls are recorded. *********************** acknowledgement of the mistake and agreeing that I should get full reimbursement for TEN charges made for service that were never used should be easily accessible. ***** has not followed through on returning calls to me. I made my last call to request a resolution on 2/26/24.
