      Horrible experience we had after bringvre-assured it was a state of the art facility. State of the art security system. However upon claiming our storage we had rented at this location we noticed half of of our things had been removed. Long story short out of the 4 employees that worked there , 3 of them were going into customers lockers and removing items n putting them into a storage unit that was vacant. We found all this out after ours had missing items and we contacted the police. They ran the videos and we were not the only ones that had been victimized by this facility's employees. However to date after 6months we have not even been contacted by the owner, the police investigation still on going and out of a large list of our missing items of well over 100 things we have only gotten 3 returned items that the police retrieved for us and had us come down and r Get. This is unacceptable to me as I had priceless heirlooms in that storage unit that I was assured was the state of the arr safest place and temperature controlled e environment around. It is not at all safe.
