      I purchased a ******* Sonata in October the engine went out in November I had a warranty on everything under the hood so I got the car towed to them and they towed the car to ******* of ***** the car sat there until February and it never got fixed I missed days from work and missed important dates for my kids during school and doctors appointments they kept giving me credits on Uber eats but never fixed the vehicle. And they repossessed it after not fixing the car at all I still dont know if it was fixed and now its showing on my credit I have never had a bad remark and this is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever seen or done in my life the establishment is very unorganized no one knew when they would fix the car or not certainly you wouldnt want to purchase a car and in a month the engine went out what type of scam is this Im very unhappy and in turn I will be looking into a lawyer for a lawsuit this is crazy

      have only had the car for two months. So my car note was due on 7/15/22 and Im a working nurse but any who they were calling me twice a day until Tuesday 7/19/22 they called my bf and told him that they were wanting the location of the car. I called them back to pay my payment when I was told no. They refused to take my payment all because the agent got emotional she told me because I had a attitude with her she will refuse my payment she also blocked me from paying online so she decided to repo my car and back out of my car loan. Her name is ******** she is a portfolio manger with CNAC and I think she has too power. I have told others what she did by blocking me to pay online and refusing my payment and they all think she was being ridiculous by repo my car. Today i had to go to jaguar towing and pay $100.00 to get my items and my tag. This lady has caused me soo much emotional distress. I have always paid my car note and i need to speak to a manger over her because she needs to lose her position at CNAC!!!!!
