      I bought my car there 2 years ago and this past January 2023 i started having an oil issue. I reached out the the dealership and they were closed and i then reached out to CNAC and they stated that they would help me find someone to honor the repair being i had a warranty. Well fast forward to yesterday, my car is still not fixed i was told the issue would be covered under the warranty well guess what its not and now it is $800 to repair. In the process of dropping off my car I had be promised by *********************** that if i had my car there by 5:30 I would have my car back by Friday. Well the service department said that was not going to happen, I made them get ***** to the service department cause that is what he promised. Well upon him coming to the service department he proceeded to curse me and called me out of my name , at that point I needless to say told him what I thought of him. I have requested the owner call me and I have yet to hear from him . ***** in the ************** talked a good game when I called to speak with the owner but it was nothing but lip service at this point. Trust me I would not tell my worst enemy to go there to get a car. I will be contacting the news media and in regards to he unprofessional treatment that I got no-one deserves to be talked to the way that I was and to top it all off the service man told me that this was not the first time this had happened. I guess the owner does not care.

      Buyer beware!!! My daughter bought a car here because her credit isn't the best, but they absolutely bend you over on price. My biggest complaint is they sold her a lemon. I think it most have been in the swap lands in *******. We had to take it back three or four times due to not starting. Battery shows up good, but it will not hold a charge. It is an electrical problem. Service is very rude and tells us two different things depending on who you talk too. It has been in the service ***** for two weeks and they are saying it still isn't fixed, might be another week. She is a single mother that has to work with four kids and needs a car. I asked if we could just trade it in on something else, they said no. Service lady said they don't do loaner cars or rentals, just found out they do rentals for 5days only at the price of ***** a day. Did that but it's taking more than five days to fix the car, so a rental is too expensive to keep up. Plus, we shouldn't have to, they should. This place is so ridicules it's not even funny. Heard they are filing bankruptcy; I see why but hope we can get this resolved before that happens.

      i was trying to get my credit in better standing and hoped byrider would be the way. NOT! they get you give them a sale, then act like they have NO IDEA how to do anything when something goes wrong with the vehicle, but will MAKE SURE that the loan company IN THE SAME BUILDING will call for their payment. you can forget about getting service on your vehicle, for they take their *** getting your car in to get fixed and actually fixing it. i got a car in august/september. december called for a check engine light. called on or about december 15th and was told to bring it and drop it off on december 29th. how do i pay my note if i cant get to and from work? i call again for a code that came up, i was told they had a staff shortage {not my problem} so i called a 3rd time....wouldnt you know, no answer. havent heard from them since. but cnac is calling me on the regular for the car payment. i refuse to pay for a vehicle i cant drive. i see why they changed the name from **** byrider to just byrider. very unprofessional

      They had repressive the car an told me to pay once I paid the money they told me that I will be able get my car back within 2-5 days but had already sold the car an still took my money an wouldnt refund it back an than told me that I didnt pay my insurance when I had proof that I did They full of it than going tell I still owe money on the car an try to put on credit reports them people is a ripoff

      Horrible and the worst car company ever this place is a big scam. Sold me car it ran pretty smooth got into an accident and the car was totaled. The insurance only paid what the car was worth based on the ***** Blue Book but being that they overcharged I still owed money and had it roll over into another loan. Got the 2nd car the engine light came on as soon as I left the lot. Been having problems with the car and now the engine light is on again because it went bad. Had a baby go behind a lil but all they worry about is the full payment dont try to rearrange a payment plan or nothing smh this place is a joke and then without notice took the car after they stated that they mailed a letter which never arrived and said follow up with the mail office now sending me calls and emails trying to get the car back they cant have every 2 weeks is not worth it when I get a car straight out or monthly payments this was my first time getting a car and I learned from my mistakes

      The worst car service I have ever had. I have 2007 GMC Acadia that I have had for 3 years that goes down every week Im the last year or so.. so many things have been. Replaced on it. Its almost a new car and its still having issues. I had a rental for 2 months spend ***** paying to rent because they kept messing up on the band new engine they was supposed to replace. Me and my kids was just stranded on the side of the road while the car got so hot that is started smoking I could smell the burning smell the shop manger has been doing anything to help but the sales rep is trouble no call back no nothing. I just want a reliable car. I was on time with all my Car notes until all the maintenance started to accumulate the way this situation is being dealt with its like they dont car its all about the money!

      I just got this truck like 1 month n a half ago and the engine went out they dont pay for a rental or give u a loaner car but they pay 25 on a rental but want u to still make a payment on a truck they dont kno when gone to be done like people dont have to go to work to pay bills or them they just money hungry and i was told its not a lemon law on a used car so i have to just wait.. i wouldnt even give them 1 star

      If I could give zeros stars I would. Absolute joke of a business. Selling cars at three times the amount they are worth and then acting like they care about the customers when really all they want is your money. The sales people and general manager will act so nice and caring as long as they are getting your money. I decided that I didnt want my purchase less then 24 hours after it was made and all I want is my trade back and my down payment back. They act like its an unreasonable ask when all other dealerships will unwind a deal, some of them even doing it up to a week from purchase.I regret ever doing this purchase and will be advertising to everyone and anyone to NEVER GO TO BYRIDER. Both Byrider and CNAC are solely doing business to scam desperate people out of money and dont care about the outcome that those people will have to go through. And another thing, there is no reason for the people working for byrider and CNAC to talk to customers the way that they do. Im an adult and should not be talked to like a child. I know Im not the first complaint and unfortunately I know I wont be the last, but hopefully my review and others that I have seen will help others not fall into the scam trap that byrider is laying.

      If I could give a negative zero I would.Last October 2021 I traded in my ***** trail blazer to save money and got a much smaller Kia ***** 2 week exactly after purchase. The air went out. 6 times I went there to have them put freeon so the car would bl9w cold. *** the Manger there said we put blue die in the l8ne to see what's wrong but they couldn't find the hole. So come back after winter. I went back in Feb 2022 they put ****** again and then told me to come back in March 2022. When I called ro come in. *** the garage manager that fix **** told me he NEVER fried to fix my car AND HE NEVER PUT FREEON TO MAKE COLD. HE NEVER TOLD ME TOCOME BACK. I NEVER SPOKE TO HIM AND ***** THE GENERAL ****** QUIT AND WONT HELP ME unless I pay them to fix. I SAID IT WAS A LEMON WHEN YOU SOLD IT TO ME. I HAVE DRIVEN THE *** AND IT HAS SHUT OFF WHEN I WAS ON THE EXPRESS WAY 5 TIMES. OCTOBER 24TH WHEN ON THE **** THE *** SHUT OFF I WAS IN FRONT OF AN 18 *******. AND HE ALMOST RAN INTO THE BACK OF THE ***. THE *** SLOWDES DOWN . I WAS ON A HILL TO EXIT AND COASTED DOWN TO A GAS STATION. THE ENGINE LIGHT AND OIL LIGHT CAME ON.WHILE I QAS IN FEONT OF THE ****** AAA towed it to the Aaa garage and they said this car is nlknown for this. And I need a new engine. The oil and freeon coolant where blending together. . I have no car for work and my office is 55miles away from where I live. I want my money back for selling a defective *** soul knowing it had car issues and put me off to fix it. *** THE MEXHANIC GARAGE MANGER IS A LIAR AND I HOPE HE RECEIVES THE SAME DISHONEST TREATMENT HE GAVE ME WHEN IT COME TO HIS. JERK

      We purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave in October 15th 2021. The car was in the shop within 30 days at our expense of being towed was told it was the power steering pump kept it for 2 weeks went to pick up the car and the mechanic suggested we go to Buick dealership well why would I do that when I'm covered under y'all under warranty power steering sensor was always on not sure they even replaced it we had no power steering the second time the car went out the wiring harness that they had wired with the power steering pump was wired into the manifold the two wires touch and shorted the car out which then it's shorted my fuse box had to replace that kept it another ****************************************************************************************************************************************** no I paid for it to be towed their billing me get it over there they look at it the service girl calls me and tell me that tells me I'm having a lot of electrical problems and this is one of them that I'm **** miles over warranty well if this was the part of the original problem why can't they fix it she told me I need DVDs to go in the car and the total would be $356 so I went ahead and financed it pay them a hundred down and my car payment go back a week later now they're telling me my engine's blown that it's going to be $3,800. I asked service department for financing which I've always made my payments and they said no so I talked to my finance manager ****** and she said they were not going to repair it they were not going to finance it they were not going to replace it and they were not taking it off my credit the car is currently sitting at JD by white Riders parking lot at ********************************************************************************** been there for 2 weeks now so if you try to add a repossession on to my credits we are seeking a lawyer for small claims against this because I cannot get another car financed anywhere because it's on my credit y'all show up for the money days but you do not show up for anything else as I am reading everybody's reviews it seems that you sell shoddy cars to people in a bad position and you take full advantage of them which is very wrong I will not stop until this is fixed
