Paid over 9 thousand dollars 2 months ago for 19 thousand dollars total for 5 windows. Installers from Renewal by ******** came today for the install. Had to leave due to faulty manufacturing of all windows. Would like a $9,400 refund as we have lost confidence in the company. Company located in ******.

I would not use these people thet will not take no for an answer and they do not respect boundaries.I told the sales representative that they felt like they were trying to rip me off and he hung up on me. The second quote that I got was from b Windows and it was $25,000 less than what renewal by ******** quoted me for the same projectRenewal by Andersen Midwest

Door to door soliciting, told me the two no solicitation signs and one no trespassing sign they ignored didn't apply to them because they were giving things away. Their was no way to ignore the ringing door bell which made my dog start barky while I was on a business call. Due to the intrusive sales of this company I will not be using them and will advise all my friends to stay away from them also. They also ignored my neighbors no soliciting sign. If Renewal by Andersen cannot properly train the people they send out to knock on doors, I certainly would not trust them to work on my home.Renewal by Andersen Midwest

I am not comfortable providing my address and my signs should be enough to exclude my home from future marketing. I feel the best solution would be to make sure anyone you hire to solicit for your business understands the importance of observing no solicitation and no trespassing signs.Review fromBethany G

******** came in yesterday and put 4 new windows in my home. The 2 gentlemen were very polite - made sure my house stayed cleaned and when they left it was spotless. My windows look GREAT! ************ We had two windows installed, one rectangle, one round. And, they were very expensive. The rectangle install was ok, the round window a much different outcome. The window was over a roof on the second story, so we could only view from the ground, 40 feet away. The unfortunate thing is the installers did not mention there was a fit and finish issue with the install when they came off the roof. We had to call it to the attention of the project manager. Installers returned several days later, fixed the issue the best they could but, still not what we had a right to expect based on our initial conversations with the ** sales personnel. In fairness, we purchased a entry door for our finished basement, from ** several years ago, install was great and we love the door and the look. It too was very expensive.Renewal by Andersen Midwest

Im 80 years old and a widow living on social security and I needed some new windows. I contacted them and they gave me an $11,000.00 for 5 windows. I gave them $5,794.00. That was back in late February or early March. They were supposed to install May first. Ive recently had some emergency needs and I called yesterday March 11 to cancel and needed my down payment back. They told me they would cancel but charge me $3,300.00. This is not right. Please check into this and let other people know how unfair that is. Thank you.Renewal by Andersen Midwest

This review is for **** who came to measure our windows and verify our order. **** was polite, informative and very helpful. Measurements and images were done quickly.
