We had a bad experience with them. We had our six windows replaced year 2022 and I just remembered to write a review now. The ad was buy one window get one 40% off..get an additional $270 off your entire project. Minimum purchase of 4. The salesman sent this message on my cellphone. However, he did not even say the regular price at front so we did not know how much we will pay. So at the end, we were shocked of the total price we paid. We asked the salesman why it was so expensive and then he offered a 270-dollar refund to us BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED! Unfortunately, he got sick and resigned from the company. So I called the company where is our refund?? They said it is the responsibility of the salesman to give us the money. I mean, they hired this salesman and he is working under the company, Hello! They said they can't be held accountable. We still have his name and his text messages to us stored in the cellphone. Please take note of my review. This serves as a warning never trust right away a salesman's words and the company. You have to ask prices and percentage discount questions before you accept installation from Renewal by Andersen.

I've waited as long as possible to provide a review, but I'm now at the 2 year **** on my project and RBA just can't get it right. I've waited so long because there are many good well-intentioned people at the company. But lack of leadership and follow through just makes for a very expensive bad experience. To begin, their contracts are very one-sided and leave little protection to the buyer, and there's no negotiation, sign it or not. Given that they are the MOST EXPENSIVE in the business (and they have a well-designed product) there's an assumption that a high level of service goes along with it.Unfortunately, after the initial order, it's been an ongoing circle of factory and/or installer mess-*** followed by a meeting with a manager who apologizes and pledges to fix it. Each time is another 3-5 months wait followed by the one error they didn't check occurring (Missing or defective windows, incorrect or incomplete installs), the day of, and not before; and I each time taking off work to be available for them. For this most recent visit (visit #5) I took off work for the installer to come to show up and tell me he didn't have anything; the factory messed up again. (No phone call?). He fixed some trim work that he's going to have to remove later anyway and then left. I'm at a loss how to get this project done. The contract removed any rights I have and they are offering me little other than "Sorry we're a national company, you have to get back in line"; no refunds or discounts, no escalations, and no above and beyond. I really regret buying from this company.Renewal by Andersen Midwest

Installer *****, was on time this morning. He was very pleasant and courteous and easy to talk to.He did a magnificent job installing my 5 bedroom windows, and cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell he was here.He explained things well and answered all my questions.
