Sold us a defective picture window.Knew we had limited funds. Took our money and never resolved the situation. Now were trying to balance our retirement budget after the damage done. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!Renewal by Andersen Midwest

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We placed an order for two doors in February of 2021 and still to this day do not have properly installed doors. They have sent countless "installers" out with months in between appointments and somehow never get it right. On top of ripping out the wires to our door bell so we have been without our security camera for months now with the only solution being "get a wireless doorbell camera because the door was installed over your wires, so they are deep in there now." They also damaged our floors, our siding, our walls, and sunroom. We asked for the price of the installation to be subtracted from our bill and they offered a $500 credit on an almost $9,000 purchase. They then ghosted ** for MONTHS. I am now filing a complaint and will go from there. Please do NOT use this company!!!Renewal by Andersen Midwest
