  If I could leave less stars I would. I booked a maternity through 1 year package with her. My maternity shoot was 11/10 and as of 12/18 we still do not have the pictures back. My son was born on 12/12. So he is almost a week old now. I have sent her multiple text messages and emails. She has ignored most of them. 2 days ago I text her again asking for an update. She lied and said that the pictures should have been uploaded already and that she would make sure I got them that evening. I checked everywhere in my email and there was nothing. And surprise! She did NOT get the pictures to me that evening. I text her again the following day to which she just ignored.
  There were also problems with the photo shoot. It was scheduled for 4:30 pm. She was 30 mins late. And of the remaining 30 minutes that we had scheduled with her (supposed to be an hour session) she spent less than 20 actually taking pictures of us. I had talked to her multiple times before the photo shoot and said that I wanted the session to be more family based and not maternity because I wasn’t going to be displaying photos of just myself. I wanted pictures of my son and family. She did one pose of my son by himself, a few family poses, and then the majority of just me alone. So nothing what I asked for. Again, I have yet to see these pictures and it’s almost 6 weeks since the 20 minute photo shoot.

  I would not ever use her. My grandchild did not even look like my grandchild when she was finished editing. My daughter let her know that we were disappointed and she just ghosted us. We had paid for future packages thst she just took our money for. The timing to receive them back were also very long. Don’t let her rip you off..

  As everyone else has stated, If you want your photos in a timely manner she is not the one who I would choose to book with. While very responsive while booking with her, anything after she does not respond to. She told me I would receive a sneak peek that I never actually received. I emailed her twice about 3 weeks after session and 7 weeks after with no response. She then delivered photos to me that were not edited what’s so ever. Photos with background stuff in them and other peoples hands in them. Some were edited but I still received several that were not edited at all.

  When I was pregnant with my baby, I contacted Ashley about newborn photos. She responded promptly and was every so sweet. I wanted to meet her before trusting her to take this pics, so I scheduled a mini with my 3 year old. I did not receive his pictures until 4 weeks later… they included pictures of him with my pregnant belly, but the baby was here before I even got to share. I went ahead with the newborn pics. We waited FIVE weeks for them, even though she told me the turnaround is only three weeks MAX.
  We had another mini done when my son was 8 weeks and didn’t get those back until he was almost 14 weeks. Babies change SO much that I never even got to share those with family.
  I had my sons three month pictures taken and paid an extra $125 to rush those so that my family would HUGE MISTAKE. They didn’t even look like my child. I reached out to her with my concerns and she adjusting the coloring to completely bleach him out. Once again, could not even share with family. I messaged her about it and have never heard from her. I paid for a flash sale… never got it. Paid to have my sons three months pics taken AND rushed, they were awful. Paid for a mini session and waited over 6 weeks for them… basically, Ashley owes me a refund of $750 but refuses to respond to messages. She sure does take vacations with her stolen money though!!!
  Yes, she takes great pictures… if you are willing to wait entirely too long for them.
  Take some time off. Catch up on your edits. Don’t ignore your customers. Don’t call yourself a Christian and then steal from clients.
