    Went in to buy a washer and stove new. **** sold me both then upsold me an air fryer rack for the refrigerdaire stove.
    It was wrong size I called same day and told him.
    **** said I will get you a new one ordered 3-4 days . Week later I called back and talked to ******* who said the same thing.
    Weeek later again I called back cause havnt heard a word and talked to another guy who said he would pass message along. 5 days later I called back after no call from store
    Talked to ******* again who now doesn’t remember the issue ; then his supervisor who told me their ordering is different that it could take 5-6 weeks . I explained that is unacceptable.
    He then told me to drive the 40 min there and and 40 min back to get a refund and go somewhere else to buy it.
    That is not ok. I bought it and have my recipet you should get my rack in a reasonable amount of time and get it to me not tell me it will take 5-6 weeks when I can get one on amazon in 2 days.
    I tried calling owner ***** ****** who is over in the store nor has any interest in calling me back at all.

    I want my money refunded to my credit card .

    Based on our research, *** ******** story is inaccurate. Our call logs and detailed call notes tell a completely different story. He called three times: January 20th, January 25th and again on February 10th. He was assisted each time. On the same day as his initial calls *** ****** was provided with all the information, he required to make an educated decision. ******* spoke to him about his challenge. ******* researched trays and created options. He then left *** ****** a message explaining that he did have the prior tray model, that the manufacturer had recently switched to the new model which needed to be ordered, and our Frigidaire order would happen in a couple of weeks. ******* suggested to *** ****** that if he required a tray sooner that he purchase from a local store that may already have the new tray in stock. On the same day, *** ****** called back to let us know he would wait. Five days later, he followed up asking for an update. The new trays had not yet been ordered. The third he called he had changed his mind and no longer was interested in waiting for the trays that were scheduled to arrive that week. Unfortunately, he attempted to bully our staff using vulgar language and physical threats. That was what was not ok. This is when he requested and was provided with a refund. I collected his credit card information to provide a refund. I requested he keep the prior tray. I let him know I would research these events. He let me know there was no reason to do that because his story was accurate. He mentioned he would have fired everyone involved and that this is why we do not have a 5-star average like his businesses do. I reviewed his business Google reviews. **** was not accurate about that either. I did review our incoming and outgoing call logs and the call notes made by our staff. I can comfortably say *** ******** story to the BBB is also contrived but he left out the expletives. He never requested to speak to either of the owners. His thoughts as to how long our ordering should or should not take is misguided just as my thoughts would be inadequate as to know what it takes to sell and manage properties, clean carpets and vents, hunt for mold or landscape properties. Please close this complaint as on the day *** ****** submitted this complaint, he was refunded on the same day he requested the refund was allowed to keep the tray in his possession. Good luck to **** and his various endeavors.
