    Terrible people destroyed our front door delivering the appliance and won’t fulfill the warranty we have been without a refrigerator for 6 weeks through the holidays and we are in our 70s and these people couldn’t care less about us

    We appreciate the Darnall's patronage of Charlie Wilson's store. Frankly, the entry way damage was from years ago when this refrigerator was delivered and I do not recall the challenge nor the remedy. As for the current issue, we as well as EPIC Protect, the company that offers and maintains extended protection plans, and the authorized servicer are actively assisting the Darnall's. It’s the same service we have provided for all of our customers for over 70-years. It's one of the reasons we have earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
    Charlie Wilson's was made aware of the Darnall’s challenge by Holly, the Darnall's daughter, on January 4th, 2024. We let her know we would research with the servicer and EPIC and then update her. After our research, Charlie Wilson's reached out to Holly to offer the Darnall's a top-freezer refrigerator to use until the part arrived. Heather, on the behalf of her parents, refused the use of our refrigerator. We made the offer twice which included the offer to deliver from the store rather than the normal delivery crew so as not to expose the Darnall's to the crew that they do not prefer.
    We have been in consistent contact with Holly since she contacted us less than two weeks ago. We understand waiting is frustrating, however, if we had not offered the extended service plan to the Darnell's then they would not be awaiting a service to repair their Frigidaire refrigerator, rather, they would be purchasing another refrigerator. The EPIC Protect service plan they purchased nearly three years ago (3/10/2021) for $249.99 has saved them from service call(s) and repair fees this time and will continue to cover them for another two years and from purchasing another refrigerator which could cost thousands. Again, we apologize that the Darnall's Frigidaire refrigerator requires service and that it will take some time to repair. Regardless of how we are portrayed, we will continue to assist. Thank you

    We bought a GE washing machine. It is very loud and doesn’t spin the clothes very well. It took 2 hours to dry 6 towels. We went to the store to see what our options were and were told it would be a 20% restocking fee. We paid $1000 for the washer and can’t get a refund or exchange. Never again will we buy from this store.
