      I’ve been buying cars from Craig and Landreth in Clarksville IN since 2009.
      The Smith family always take care of me and my family.
      Great cars , Great prices .

      My experience with Craig and Landreth in Clarksville, Indiana has been nothing but positive. Jim Smith, Sr. is a man of his word. I purchased several warranties for the 2016 Volkswagen Beetle that I purchased from the dealership!! The Bug was to be a second car for me. I worked with the warranty companies to no avail. After making contact with Mr. Smith, he has been dedicated to seeing that the issue was resolved!! I cannot say enough about how positive this experience has been. I live approximately 175 miles from his dealership. He ensured that I was not inconvenienced by having to be back and forth taking care of this! I highly recommend this dealership and know they offer many high end models that are purchased with the customer in mind!! Mr. Smith reminds me of days gone by when a man’s word could be etched in stone!! The world would be a better place if more people who own businesses conducted business as Mr. Smith and his team does!! Keep up the good work!!

      I was looking at a used car. We drove the car and liked it . Then we went to the sales office and waited on the manager to come back with the price on the car . I had previously looked the car up on Kelly blue book and Nada so I was somewhat ready before hand . The price of the car was almost $5,000 higher than what it was supposed to be . I left with the work sheet price and called back to offer another price for the car . The manager/owner reduced the price 300 dollars . The manager/owner got smart/loud with me on the phone so I just hung up the phone. I would not ever buy anything from them nor would I recommend this lot to anyone else. Best advice I could give is stay away from Craig & Landreth in Clarksville Indiana

      Mr. Bandy, I appreciate you shopping for an automobile with my company. Unfortunately, we could not accept the offer you made for our 2017 Honda Accord Coupe. As you know, there are many sources that consumers use to research automobile values. We had this extremely nice well maintained Honda priced at market value. The Honda was sold the next morning for our asking price. Again, thank you for your interest!

      Craig and Landreth advertised that the 2014 Camaro i purchased had remote start and backup camera and it didn’t have those features. I have talked to my wonderful salesman and all we keep doing is playing phone/email tag with no resolution, if I had known the car didn’t have the features that Craig and Landreth advertised I would’ve offered less money for the car, false advertising if you ask me and they need to make it right!
