I recently ordered the correct filter, but the wrong length. The customer service I received from Speedy Appliance Parts was nothing short of phenomenal, and that's so rare anymore, I wanted to let others know. The rep helped me find the correct model number -- I used the fridge model no. instead of the freezer model no. -- the rep sent me the link to get the correct part, and then they waived the restocking fee when I reordered. They helped me correct my error quickly and efficiently, and I am very grateful!

Speedy Appliance parts sent the part I ordered and it arrived damaged due to shipping. When I contacted them, they sent a replacement right away which I have installed and our stove is up and running once again. Their customer service is outstanding!Speedy Appliance Parts LLC

2000 words can't describe how pleased I am.received correct part at price that could not turn down.order a simple stove igniter,had model #,part #,still had incorrect part delivered 3 times..Amazon twice,epartsfast still waiting over week to respond on how to return incorrect part.$87 is alot to forget bout...enough bout incompetent companies.real hero here is Speedy Appliance Parts..thank u for sending correct part at very reasonable price,not to forget was ordered and delivered in less than week.Speedy Appliance has all my business and friends and family.part installed in 15 min.works as it should.10 days in more than long enough to go without a oven..Thanks again.
