They have no phone contact. The no reply e-Mail doesn’t go thru. I requested a return label hours ago, no reply or form. This company sucks because they charge a re-stocking fee and you don’t get shipping refunded. If I could leave no stars, I wouldSpeedy Appliance Parts LLC

As we explained via email in which we have responded to you a few times. We understand you no longer need the part you ordered and we sent you the address to return the order which you have already replied to that email, we replied with the address to return the order for a refund. Once you return the order to us we will issue you a refund.

Bought an ice maker unit for a lg refrigerator unit came. Didn’t work then failed attempt to contact I filed complaint with PayPal then got a message from this seller. Then gave all sorts of thing to do. Temp. Water line or inlet defective possibly. I then was asked if I turned the switch on. 40 yrs as a diesel mechanic. Insulting. They just don’t want to warranty item told them test button doesn’t do anything when pressed
Bought a part at a local appliance parts store for more money but I installed and worked right away.
I wouldn’t recommend them to just save moneySpeedy Appliance Parts LLC

I reviewed the email communications you sent in. I do see we did ask a couple of questions regarding the other possible issues that may cause the icemaker not to cycle. The problem we had is you opened up a Paypal dispute before allowing us to assist you. Once a dispute is opened it kind of ties our hands in assisting but I do see we still tried to help with this issue. We had a similar issue with a customer just the week before and we sent them a replacement icemaker only to find out they had a faulty control board and both icemakers were fine. This is why we ask these types of questions because with newer appliance parts there are a lot of control boards, computers, computer chips that can fail and cause things like icemakers not to work properly. All you need to do is return the icemaker since you stated you already purchased one elsewhere and we will issue you a full refund.

A great place to get appliance parts. I actually bought a part for my washing machine from a well known on line retailer but after it arrived and was installed it did not work. I then got in touch with Speedy Appliance to see if they had the correct part which they did and they shipped it to me immediately. I received the part the next day and installed it to much success. We needed replacement water filters for our Bosch refrigerator. The local appliance store where we bought it would need to order refills for us and we had been down that waiting game road with them before, so I did a search online and found them readily available from Speedy Appliance Parts. First of all, thanks for stocking the parts that I had been looking for quite a while (DC97-12150A (4 Pack) Dryer Leveling Leg Replacement for Samsung). I removed my cloth dryer from its pedestal, and it needs its 4 adjustable legs to stand on.
There was a little problem with the paper bag shipping package, but subsequent shipment with solid corrugated box made its way to me safely (From Indiana to California). Thanks to Jim of Speedy Appliance Parts who handled the reshipment with understanding and care.
I will definitely look for my next DIY appliance repair parts from this particular vendor because of his reasonable price and best customer services.Speedy Appliance Parts LLC

Wow we just saved 100's of dollars fixing our washing machine on our own. It broke down Sunday night found the part we needed very quickly on Speedy Appliance Parts ordered it and recieved it the following Wednesday. Great service and very affordable.Speedy Appliance Parts LLC
