The parts I ordered was delivered to the wrong adress. Speedy took absolutely no responsibility and stated it was all up to me to track down the missing parts. This was the first time a company I felt with would not replace a part that was not delivered to the actual paying customer. Beware doing business with them if there is a problem they will not help.

Hello,
I am sorry to hear of this issue. As we explained to you twice already, USPS said they delivered this package to you. It could of been stolen, placed somewhere else other than your mailbox. We explained to you that you can contact your local Post Office, give them the tracking # that we have now provided to you twice and ask them to do a location scan. That scan will show exactly within a 6 ft radius where the carrier was when he scanned the package. We have found many times in the past that mail carriers may leave a package on a porch, in a garage, even with a neighbor if the carrier doesn't feel comfortable leaving the package at a door or elsewhere for some reason. To be fair here, we have replied to you three times now within only a few minutes and you have yet to contact the USPS to find out where the package was scanned.
We also explained that we cannot file a claim on this because it shows it was delivered to your address which again, you can find this out by asking for that location scan.Daniel B

Your reply is exactly what I am talking about. You mentioned it again in your response. Speedy is the first and only company I have delt with that leaves it all up to the customer to track down package. Other companies place there own tracing on them because they stand behind customer service. AGAIN AS SAID BEFORE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS NEED TO BE AWARE THEY will RECEIVE NO ASSISTANCE FROM SPEEDY IF THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADRESS. OTHER CONOANIES WILL. My mistake was trying to help a small business when amazon would have st out a new part right away.Review fromJeff Z.
