If I could give a no star rating I would. Me and my girlfriend just got our first apartment and we were searching around for some furniture. We came across this really neat and clean looking piece at Trader bucks. We chatted with the guy about any damages and even asked about bugs and he almost started sweating. That shouldve been our first warning sign but he was being nice and even dropped the price down for us. We were eager to have a new piece of furniture for the home. We brought it home and sat down and almost immediately my skin came in contact with something on the couch and I broke out in hives. We know it was the couch because we didnt change anything in our diet or our day to day tasks. I got some Benadryl in my system and it calmed down.Fast forward about an hour later & my girlfriend had a bedbug crawl on her arm. She caught it and put in it a tub to show the guy. This leads us to believe with how quick the guy wanted to bump the price down on the couch that he knew it had *********** sprayed chemicals on it to try and kill them so when we brought it home my skin reacted with the chemicals and it caused an allergic reaction. We quickly put the couch and pillows outside and cleaned up the surrounding areas of where the couch had been placed.
