      The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. And clearly it's not just me judging by their reviews and how belligerently they reply to valid complaints. I posted on ******** asking if anyone else's trash had been skipped and the owner proceeded to go on a tirade and post private messages which included my email address and his employee was threatening to dox me in the comments. Absolutely unhinged behavior.

      The customers roommate was very rude contacting our business in regards to their trash being missed. They were informed the policy of their city pick up was to not block the trash cans so the mechanical arm could pick it up. The customer then became ******** calling the the worker names and making false accusations. The then person lodging this complaint went on ******** to post to social media how unhinged and crappy business we are and treat people with disrespect. Pictures were then shared to show the real truth instead of making things up. I am more than happy to share snapshots of initial conversation of how we were spoke to. The icing on the cake of the whole incident was when the video footage was pulled to send to his town board because they are now involved that he was clearly blocking the cans when the driver was there and decided after he knew something was wrong he moved the car later on so it was not blocked.

      I have been a customer with D&D for 10+ years and they have not been perfect but tolerable. However, after changes being made without any notifications to customers, that they say are on the bottom of our invoices, which are not, nor on their website, I find out when my 2nd trash can is no longer picked up that a change was made. I call and am greeted with rudeness from the office staff, I cancel my service, and when I ask when I get my refund and proof of cancelation, Im told at the end of the quarter and am laughed at, and then hung up on me. You can clearly see the unprofessionalism by D&D responses to the reviews people are leaving on ******. I dont understand why a business has to treat their customers this way. Because without customers they wouldnt have a business! I would recommend another trash service before choosing this company because they certainly are not the company they were when I first started with them many years ago, and they are not that much cheaper in comparison to other companies who value their customers.

      Were sorry you felt this way but when you call this office and the first words out of your mouth is the * bomb how did you think that would go? When treated with disrespect do you think that person is going to be nice? No one deserves to be treated that way over 1 single trash can. As for the no notice it is on your bill and it IS on our webpage at the very front and in the information section. We also posted on social media about the change which is exactly as every other company in the area. As for being laughed at also untrue. After dropping the * bomb 6 more times you were told service would be cancelled and refunded effective immediately then hung up on. You then called back spoke to another office girl and were told you were cancelled and refund would be sent out. When you call some place about complaints you shouldnt use the language that was used and if you werent happy with the change you couldve been cancelled and went on to some one else. Its 4$ a month for a second can which is very reasonable.

      They'll steal your money by not providing service and lie to you about it. At least once a month they'll miss picking up trash and when you call to complain, they'll claim you haven't paid your bills when you have. The lady who picks up the phone is rude, condescending, talks over you, and is liable to hang up on you in the middle of the call. And that's if they pick up. If you have to leave a message, they never return your call. If I could give this company negative stars, I would.

      Just read their reviews before you call them. They are super unprofessional and rude. They got super mad and cancel my trash service on me. Save yourself the trouble and pick some one else. This company needs to go away, They scream that me first

      This is not the first time we have dealt with this customer being belligerent and angry. He was upset because he did not get his trash picked up. Reason being he did not pay his bill on time there for resulting in a suspended account. We gave him a courtesy call on 08/15/2023 and there was no voicemail box set up. Also sent an email to ********************* on 08/21/2023 at 3:05PM. They said they never received it. All he wanted to do was tell us we need an automated system for him to call about his bill but we're open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and had plenty of time to contact us as his service had been stopped for a few weeks. We did our part and tried contacting in two different ways. ***** just wanted to keep arguing so our best solution was to cancel his service.

      So glad you made me buy a new trash can or even better yet rent one through yall. Cant even keep the same truck requiring said trash cans. **** poor service and substandard pick up.
