    Hello, I paid the company $8,200 on 12/08/2021 to install a vinyl fence in my backyard. (I have a copy of the canceled check) They have yet to perform their services, and we are almost going on a year. I have tried calling and leaving numerous messages, but the company has yet to return my calls. They blocked my number! At this point, I want a refund and warn other clients not to pay upfront.

    Hello,

    I apologize for the delay in response I have had back surgery due to it being winter and decreased work load and had forgotten where I had set the letter of the complaint.

    We have since resolved the issues with the client. We have never stolen their deposit and have been installing their fence as weather permits this past month between holidays. We have continuously kept in touch and updated with every delay. Our phone service provider had switched which was also emailed to all clients as well. We have hit desperately hard times this year almost shutting us down and wrote emails to all clients stating as such. We were unable to hire any help this year as no applicants came to their interviews. So it has solely been my husband installing this year delaying us significantly. We have had many family issues this year between grandparents which I cared for as I am a nurse full-time and we had our daughter in August as well.

    We do not usually operate this way and it has been made very clear to all of our clients our apologies and upon completion we are compensating with percentage removed due to the severity of delay.

    Please let me know if there is anything needed on our end.
