    Signed a contract and gave a deposit back in early March of 2023. Was told work would be done in the spring / early summer around came July and they finally scheduled to come out to start the work, even called digger to locate and never showed up. ****** returned my calls, texts, messages since July 2nd. They have my deposit and dont even have the decency to answer one of my calls to work it out. I have been plenty patient. These people are thieves!!! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT contact this company to do any work for you!!!

    This company has the worst customer service imaginable. Had ********************** installed August of 2021.First windy day lost 5 cap posts. Requested replacements. ***** told me she ordered but couldn't deliver because she had just delivered a baby. Asked me to be patient. I think I have been more than patient it's been over ********************************************* I have left numerous texts, emails and voice mails with no response. Once final payment is made they do not care about you.
