    Bennington dont honor their 10 year warranty Our boat is a 2018 Bennington pontoon boat cover is so tight on seats that the sun has baked and now top of every seat is damaged cracking so bad. The seat part is beautiful. We have pampered and took good care of this boat and now we have to put a lot of money to repair the seats. This is a terrible company and will not take care of what is a bad set up with the cover. We will never buy a Bennington boat again. Think twice before buying one.

    I believe this topic has been resolved and covered by warranty for Hull Id # ************* based on the information I've received from the Bennington Cust Srv staff.

    Terrible product. Do not buy. My battery and controller on a brand new Bennington pontoon boat failed each time I went out. **************** said it was not their problem and that is should deal with ********************. Imagine buying a new **** F-150 and handing **** tell you to call up the engine management company in ***** because your pickup ( new under warranty) wasnt running. Total crooks

    Bennington boat company touted how customer service oriented that they were upon buying a tri toon. I had a stanching pole on the Bimini top fall off into the lake and Im not asking for a free replacement just to send my dealer the part (**************). Ive been told by dealer several times that Bennington was receiving the part and would be sending it out. As far as l can tell there is no truth to promises. They just kick the can down the road. Poor customer service.

    I sincerely apologize for the delay getting the requested part sent. Unfortunately, we've endured tremendous supply chain delays which has had a negative effect on our customer's experience. However, I have learned since the submission of this review; the requested part has shipped via *** on 8/19/22. The *** tracking number is 1ZX124W80362912479. It is expected to deliver to the **************************** tomorrow (8/23/22). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
