      I bought a 2022 heartland pioneer brand new. 2 years later in a camping trip I set in my recliner and fall through the floor. My warranty was out so I investigated the issue myself. After finding that the vent hose was discontinued from the fresh water tank due to poor workmanship I started looking for answers. Heartland informed me that I was going to have to file an insurance claim because there was nothing they could do to help me. So now I have a two year old camper that I cant enjoy because either insurance or myself will have to repair. Not a happy camper and will not buy a heartland again. They could if offered to help pay for the cost but no.

      Concerning the Pioneer RL250 2022   Vin ***************** with the date of purchase of 2/23/2022, purchased from CAMPING TIME RV CENTERS LLC DBA CAMPING WORLD RV SALES **************************************************************************************** with a 1-year warranty. 

      Heartland RV **************** has reviewed information, the most recent claim was submitted on 3/18/2022.   The first call log notation was entered on 8/26/2024

      Heartland RV **************** has been in contact with ***********************, advising him to please take his unit to a Heartland RV Dealership for an inspection to determine the complaint, cause, and correction of the open concern. This information would then be submitted on a pre auth warranty claim for review.  The Heartland RV **************** *** was advised that Mr.Stricklands unit is currently at the CAMPING TIME RV CENTERS LLC DBA CAMPING WORLD RV SALES ***************************************** *********, GA ***** location.

      Heartland RV will continue to work with ************************ and CAMPING TIME RV CENTERS LLC DBA CAMPING WORLD RV SALES ********************************************************************************************** by the units Heartland RV warranty.              Thank you,

      Bought a 2021 Hartland Prowler 250 BH travel trailer. Complete POS. Dining tables and walls etc held together with cheap staples and tiny nails. We got the complete RV care warranty from Explore RV ********** **. They have not honored one thing wrong with it. We have had to fix everything that has fallen apart on it out of pocket. Now we got home from a trip and see that the trailer is leaning on left side. Again, dealership does not want to honor warranties and tell us to call ******** directly. Wish us luck. Stay away from this manufacturer.

      from RV RETAILER TEXAS II, LLC DBA BLUE COMPASS RV - FT WORTH ***** SOUTH FREEWAY
      ******************** with a one year warranty.

      Heartland RV has no participation with extended warrantys that dealerships sell / provide to their customers.
      No warranty claims have been entered after this units date of purchase, no call logs submitted until yesterday, July 24th 2024.

      Heartland RV **************** has been in correspondence yesterday with *********************** (registered owner of this rv ) and *******************.
      Heartland RV **************** advised **** to have the rv inspected. **** responded that he will have to call the dealer, then have the dealer contact Heartland RV with their findings.

      Im writing to you today to make a complaint about my Heartland Road warrior 414RW that I bought back in October of 2022. I did a thorough inspection behind removable panels when I first got it. I found multiple rags and trash from the area where all the electrical components where located. After cleaning up the area I found that the covers were left off the electrical junction boxes. The second issue was noticed when taking off the vent cover near the dining room table, the drain or vent pipe going to the bathroom was disconnected.After fixing all of them issues, I took it out camping two times. The first time the ** Unit went out in the bedroom. I brought it to the dealer for repair in July and they had to get an ** Unit on order. Went on the second trip and I started having problems with multiple components. While driving down the road the fridge would come open and all the food would come out on the floor. (This was never repaired). Secondly, the living room slide would not come in and out without someone pushing on it. I also noticed that the slide cable was fraying. Thirdly, the fridge buttons would not work, and it would only come on with propane. While using the propane for the fridge, I noticed a leak by the right wheel well where the gas line was chaffing on the structure. Had to do a quick repair while on the road. The next problem that I noticed was a bulge coming from the right front outside panel. The dealer still needs to investigate this, but it might also be broken welds. there are multiple seams that are separating and cracking the tape. The door going to the bedroom was damaged because the bracket that holds the door latch came loose and the door was bouncing back and forth on the slide. There were multiple dresser drawers that werent latching and coming out while driving. Im always having to find ways to power the front two slides because they stop working on occasion. Finally got it back again and the *** slide is binding and wont close.

      The Road Warrior is manufactured by Heartland RV, comes with a 1 year warranty, that starts with the retail customer date of purchase. Some of the appliances that Heartland RV installed, comes with a 2 year warranty with the appliance manufacture picking up the 2nd year. Heartland RV **************** has reviewed Mr. ******* information and has found that most every warranty concern submitted has been approved.  Heartland RV will continue to work with **************** by his unit warranty.       I am writing to file a formal complaint against Heartland RV regarding the poor service and complete lack of support I received when I requested an extension of my RVs warranty. Despite repeated attempts to resolve an issue, Heartland has provided nothing but false statements and has shown no willingness to assist in fixing a problem that I have encountered with their product.I purchased my Heartland RV over a year and a half ago, during which time I only used it three times. Each time I used the *** multiple items broke. The most recent issue occurred just after the warranty expired, when the front left-hand slide-out became jammed. I contacted Heartland requesting an extension of my warranty to cover the repair of the slide-out, as it was a defect that was not caused by misuse.After over four months of communication with Heartland, they ultimately refused to extend my warranty. This delay and refusal were incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given that the issue arose just after the warranty had expired. It is evident to me that Heartland, as a large manufacturer, does not care about the satisfaction or concerns of their ************ a result, I now have my RV sitting in my driveway, attempting to repair it myself because Heartland has not provided any assistance. The entire experience has left me devastated, and I am now taking the extreme step of adding a sticker to my RV that reads, "Do not buy a Heartland they fall apart."I am submitting this complaint to the BBB in hopes of addressing Heartlands lack of customer care and to make others aware of the issues I have faced. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and hold Heartland accountable for their failure to honor their commitment to customer satisfaction and product reliability.

      Heartland is junk. We bought a 2020 elkridge brand new. We are 4 years in and let me tell you all the things we have already had to replace--Water hookup fittings ********** cable for the fireplace heater -water heater heating element 2 LED lights - lock for the front door - all 4 tires -the shower drain pipe was not attached and flooded the underbelly -Leak inside the wall behind the shower -rollers for 5 windows stopped rolling back up after a few weeks-- the oven doesn't maintain a temperature or light easy. -the dresser drawer rails broke -2 toilet petals and 2 main toilet seals - furnace motherboard -the leg lights under the counter just fell down one day and won't stick back up. - and now a main a/c unit. I'm so tired of this junk camper that we spent so much money on and now thousands in parts and labor tryin to fix all these issues that the camper isn't even old enough to have.

      The Elk Ridge unit manufactured by Heartland RV, comes with a 1 year warranty, that starts with the retail customer date of purchase. Some of the appliances that Heartland RV installed, comes with a 2 year warranty with the appliance manufacture picking up the 2nd year.  Without the unit vin number, Heartland RV **************** is not able to view any unit history.   Heartland RV request the last 6 of the vin number to review  information.  Thank you,

      Garbage product!! Bought a 2024 prowler and both windows on the slide out leak. The hot water line to the sink in the kitchen was dripping slowly and ruined our cabinets. We live full time in our camper so there's no way to get it back to the place where we bought it. Now there's a recall because the lights on the stove is faulty. Just straight trash product.

      This unit, 2024 PR 303SBH Prowler is not a full time rv. The units warranty should have been explained by the selling dealership. 
      The Heartland RV Owners Manual mentions both of these topics and is accessible on the Heartland RV Website and the Heartland RV App.

      WE PURCHASED A 2022 MALLARD M210RB TRAVEL TRAILER. IT IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY.WE HAD IT STORED FOR THE WINTER MONTHS AND AFTER OPENING IT UP TO GET IT READY FOR SUMMER WE HAD MICE. THEY LEAVE A ************* AND AFTER LOOKING FURTHER INTO HOW THEY GOT IN WE DISCOVERED AFTER REMOVING INSIDE PANELS THEY WERE 2 OPENS THAT YOU COULD SEE THE GROUND WHERE THEY WERE ENTERING. I HAVE BEEN TALKING WITH HEARTLAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT IT IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH POOR QUALITY ON A **** INVESTMENT IN MY LIFE.DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!! I WISH MY HUSBAND WOULD HAVE DONE SOME RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING THEIR PRODUCT. IT SOUNDS LIKE SEVERAL PEOPLE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR PRODUCT.       I would not give Heartland one star. Piece of crap! Had mine for 1 1/2 years and two outings. Roof leaked at the solar panel and ruined the inside ceiling and all roof supports. Supposed to have a 3 year structural. Took in for warranty and was denied because they said I should have caulked around the solar panel. Now I have a practically new trailer I cant use but still have to pay for it??????

      A faulty factory installation of a marker light caused severe water damage to our travel trailer. Heartland chose not to honor the warranty and blamed the damage on lack of owner maintenance even though the Dealers technician reported it as a manufacturer defect. Aside from this, we experienced a long list of warranty problems, and inferior workmanship that plagued the vehicle for the ten months we owned it.

      Owned our Bighorn 3700RL for *0 months, we bought new. Its been back to the dealer 4 times. All times are taking at least a month to fix or remediate. Problems weve had are as follows; solar, battery replacement, Electrical, plumbing, hydraulic ***** * slide-out issues where the slide out have to come out of the camper, refrigerator water, and now its leaking when it rains, possible slide out issue. Dealer is fixing our issues however, heatland isnt fixing any issues. Were having to go through our 3rd party warranty for a lot of the work. Telling me that H3*373*36363332323*35H doesnt stand behind their work. When you actually contact heartland they dont even acknowledge the problems either. They just keep saying that we need to take our camper back to the dealer for repair. We are not happy and totally regret our purchase. Buyers beware.

      I am trying send pictures where hole for shower drain cut too big, lots of foam stuck around holes made, drain wasn't sitting correctly which over time broke water lines in same hole burst. It's no wonder there is NO warranty for floors. Shoddy work.
