      Bought our camper a year ago BRAND NEW , within the first week of having, outside range hood blew off, 1st time hooking the water up the toilet was leaking. Had to have that replaced. 1st time taking out this year headed home underbelly panel tore off, called Heartland to let them know and told that wasnt covered act of Mother Nature under the 3 year warranty was told a manager would look into this, called to follow up and was hung up on, I then followed up the next day and nothing was recorded on previous day conversation. Was then told again it wouldnt be covered. Asked him so the camper cant be hauled on a windy day, he pretty laughed, and said probably not Asked to speak to a manager was told the manager doesnt handle direct calls. Was told they dont give names but then was given his name in his email so he would direct my conversation to the manager. **************** is horrible. Should be able to speak to management.

      Wouldnt buy a thing from heartland. *** owned the camper 3 months it been in the shop all three months. Roof leaks,water pours out of fresh water tank when hooked to city water,water heater quit working on electric an gas, toilet flooded the bathroom,skylight in shower pours water, all the seals around the edges are coming off the glue they use is not holding to the wall of camper,camper world of ******************* ********* has it picked up 4-8-23 an nothing has been done to anything on our camper, closet in hallway has fell into towards the furnace, boards on furnace look to have water damage

      Have had problems with heartland customer service, using one of their repair persons had my trailer inspected found lots of things wrong submitted the fixes to heathland thru there 3 cs with a cost to fix it all, my repair person gave me a price of repairs of **** heartland came back with 600 now I can't fix my trailer thanks heartland and customer service

      I bought a brand new Heartland Mallard 251BH and have nothing but problems with warranty claims. Camping world service tech lied about there being something wrong with the slideout when we purchased it as I pointed out in our walk through then when I took it in to get warranty work I called Heartland and they told me where to take it locally. I live in ******* where it is made but Heartland didn't want me to take it to them after calling 5 places they recommend finally found a place that was willing to doing it. No one wanted to do Heartland warranty work because Heartland doesn't like to pay them for the work or drag their feet on getting replacement parts. My camper has been in for repair since Aug. 8th fighting with Heartland to approve repair at first, and now waiting on parts for a unit they still make. I took it in on August 8,2022 and it is now November 15, 2022. I highly recommend never buying Heartland brand because they really do not support the product they sell.

      ****** a trail runner in 2020, fan wasn't working above the stove come to find out the fan came on at the light switch & the wire were backward, charging port in wall for phone wire were off, now here the mayor thing went to balance tires found that 4 rims out 5 were bent including the spare that was bent & didn't even use it. heartland send me to a company about the ******** just got done arguing with them all this summer, now they are trying to blame the manufacture of Heartland ************** so now i am on my to NHTSA for safety issue that these rims might cause like shaking things loose like water pipes, gas *************** on **************** just so u know the rims are ***** made, they are stamp JINGU 10 03 13, my were 14 in black gloss steel rim, tire look to have thousands of miles on them with only driven no more than **** mi. with the company RAINIER ST tire, so guy check your rims.

      Horrible, do not purchase an ** from Heartland. We purchased a new Elkridge in 2021 and within a few weeks the ** was falling apart. Along with a dozen other issues, the biggest issue that came up was the fiberglass cracking in several places in the sidewalls as the studs were breaking loose causing the cracking. We took it to the factory at Heartland for repairs, it was there for 10 weeks. We picked it up, drove it home, and immediately noticed new cracking along with the other items on our list of repairs that were either ignored or came back in worse condition. Scheduled a 2nd appointment, was promised an engineer would be involved to help find what is causing the issue. They lied. While it was at their shop, I kept asking on the report from the engineer. They said that the engineer wasn't needed because they had a new way of making the weld plates stronger by drilling holes into them and they assured us this was the fix. It was there for 5 weeks, picked it up, drove it home... it is cracked again. AND the other items that were not fixed properly at the first appointment were not addressed at the second appointment either. We demanded a realistic resolution, they came back with wanting to do a double sidewall replacement and are refusing to assist in any other way. Their communication is horrible. They never do what they say they will. They were supposed to reimburse us for fuel we use to transport it too and from the factory, we still have not received this reimbursement. They will gladly keep producing defective **'s at the consumers expense and treat them like garbage. Just awful.
