1 starMY EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A NEW **** SEQUENCE CAMPER VAN FROM CAMPING WORLD IN *************** I have owned RVs for over 30 years and wanted a camper van. I wanted a **** Sequence 20A because I liked the floor plan and the lithium battery system. It had ***** miles even though it was sold to me as new. I paid $137,000 to Camping World. No one could tell me why it had ***** miles. It came with too many issues to list in this ************ of 07/01/2025 there are still four unresolved issues: 1. The scratched acrylic windows. 2.The inside wall buckling in two places. 3. The Warranty Starts Claim form which would start my Ram warranty on the day I bought the truck and not on the day **** bought the truck. 4. Getting reimbursed for the air-conditioner hose repair that was damaged after installing a new battery. Ram charged me $1427.1. I tried to get all of the many advertising stickers off the windows. The stickers came off the Rams glass windows leaving no scratches. When I tried to get the stickers off the campers sliding door window, they came off but it left the window with scratches. Come to find out, the campers windows were acrylic, not glass. I asked Camping World to remove the stickers from the kitchen window because I did not want to cause any more scratches to any more acrylic windows. Camping world also scratched the kitchen window while removing the sticker. **** used strong super glue on these these acrylic windows. I believe **** needs to be responsible for replacing both scratched windows.2. I dont know what to do about the two buckled walls. Camping World replaced one of them but it buckled again. I am hoping **** can give me some advice. So far no advice.3. I am still waiting to get the Warranty Starts Claim Form.4. I am still waiting for the $1427 reimbursement that I paid to have the air conditioner hose replaced, which was moved too close to the fan and the hose got shredded after Camping World put in a new battery.Review fromAnne W

1 starWe purchased a new 2018 **** ******* and have nothing but problems since day one. Many of the problems we had to do the repairs ourselves because it happened during covid and due to my husband's health problems, we were advised to not go anywhere. We were told any dealer that sells **** would fix the repairs but No local dealer would help us because we didn't buy from them. We've been out to ***************. The 1st time they sent us to a repair center. The 2nd time we went to **** because the repair center screwed up our repairs. Then we went to have the floor replaced because the floor was rotten from the slides leaking. We took it to them last Oct to drop off for them to replace the floor because we couldn't get the slide to go in or out but that was at our cost. They did discount the repairs by $2,000.00 but we had to pay over $5,500.00 even though it should have been them that repaired it one of the 3 times we were out there. They would not reimburse us for two of the trips out there so all of that were huge expenses to us. We should have only had to go out there once not 3 times. While it was there, we were informed that the living room slide floor is rotting too and will eventually need to be replaced (again at our expense). We returned home in Nov and covered it like we always do. Took the cover off in May and went on a three-day trip. Our second trip we went to ********* to visit family and while there we noticed the kitchen slide topper had ripped due to water build up from the air conditioners. We have never had that problem before. This was caused by poor workmanship as they did not tension the topper properly. Plus, we now have a large scuff on the top back roof. Sent email to **** and of course, our answer is too bad it's not our problem because of the age of our rig. We wouldn't have this problem if we didn't have to have that slide repaired. We are fed up with ****. They don't care about a customer once they buy the rig.Review fromDavid M

1 starI bought a **** motorhome from a Minneapolis dealer. It was new and I drove it 120 miles to my house. It was not running right and I went back to the dealer and they said take it to ****. I told them to come pick it up and take it to **** and have it repaired. **** had it for a month and a half and discovered that screws were put into the wiring so nothing worked very well when driving it. I got it back and made one camping trip before driving to *******. We were loaded up driving towards the freeway, and the door opened. It would not close or lock so I had to rope it to the dinette. Every time we needed to exit the coach for 1850 miles we had to untie the rope. We put the slider out and it would not close tightly. The awning inside the slider blew out and flapped all the way back. We drove from *********** to ******* with an alarm going off. **** told us to take it to Their registered dealer Camping World. They had it for the entire winter waiting for parts from and arguing with **** to repair the door. They also had to repair the slider and the awning. It was nowhere near being done when we had to return to ********* in April so Camping World bought the unit. In conclusion, we made one camping trip and one trip to ******* and were forced to sell the unit so I am out approximately $50,000 on a brand new coach. Neither dealership nor **** had any interest In helping us out.Review fromXavier B

1 starNegative stars. They are garbage. I will join any class action that against these people. They left my black tank vent pipe open behind a cabinet instead of venting through the roof. The smell almost caused a divorce. Inline fuses are buried in wire rats nests or hidden in locations with no mention in manuals. HOURS of disassembly and wire tracing to find them. They are zero help when you call asking for schematics or tec support. The dometic toilet suppliedrecalled. The smell also almost caused a divorce. The everchill fridge. Taking up landfill space. burnt defroster element connector a known issue. Water leaking from slides when closed. Unserviceable airducting. essentially cardboard glued in place. The list goes on and on. Embrace ultralite. Model el250 embrace. 2019. I wish i could invite *** ****** their CEO to stay in our camper for just one night with the black tank the way they left it. So many customers are having the same problems but the giant company simply does not care.Review fromShari K

1 starNo stars from me! Class C ************* sprinter! Lost trust when discovered a piece of trim was just thrown on not meeting end to end on the cab portion of it including 2 other issues that were not done properly when built and then delivered to dealer! All issues causing water intrusion! Unacceptable and as I said lost trust! Loss of money was easier than worrying about what else they forgot to do in the building process! Either becoming money pit or a lawn ornament! Sad thing is people are dealing with this with **** selling these to thousands and not held accountable for anything! The consumer is labeled as dumb for buying it I guess! Feeling betrayed in ****! **** needs to realize they are affecting peoples lives and take pride in what they build! Enough said! DONT BUY YOU WILL BE SORRY!Review fromDavid B

1 starThe worse motor coach ever. We bought a brand new $200k toy hauler and had nothing but problems on day one. Check engine light came on when leaving the dealership, propane line was leaking and pinched, left taillight was not functional, control for the inline water heater was falling off the wall, trim falling off everywhere and the window shade fell off on the passenger side of the coach. Besides sending us off the lot with no taillight and leaking propane, the response from the dealership was non existent. We left multiple messages to *** in *******************, we also contacted the corporate officers via email. NO response from either the dealership or corporate. When contacting Thor customer service, they did nothing to help resolve the situation stating the they had no control over the dealerships. If you want to buy a piece of c*** and get no support to fix any issues, then Thor and the dealerships are the perfect avenue for you! If **** or the *** corporate wants to contact me, feel free.Review fromJulio G

1 starI purchased a 2023 **** Tranquility in May 2022 for weekly travel, and since then, I have encountered multiple issues, including a faulty passenger seat airbag, electrical problems, poor interior quality, and unstable drive. I was assured these problems would be fixed under warranty. However, it is now May 2024, and not only do these issues persist, but new workmanship problems have also emerged, none of which have been addressed.Whenever I tried to take my van for service at other dealerships, they told me they wouldn't service a **** vehicle not purchased there because **** would not honor their warranty. When I finally managed to get my vehicle to the **** center in ******* for repairs, I was treated with the utmost disrespect and disregard. After having my van for five weeks, **** only replaced an alternator and drove a single long s**** into an overhead storage compartment. According to my ******** app, my van remained parked where I left it for four weeks, only being moved to the shop in the last two days, despite their promise to fix the long list of problems within the originally promised two week period.I cannot understand how this terrible business holds an A+ accreditation from the BBB. Shame on the BBB for allowing this rating, as it influenced my decision to purchase this van. DO NOT buy any of these products from ****; you will regret your purchase.Review fromJohn L

1 starWe purchased a brand new "2023" Tellaro 20A the beginning of September and it has been sitting at the dealership for Warranty Repairs since October (5 months). **** denied a repair to the awning in which had a tear in it. We had never even used it. Originally we had about 20 small repairs from poor workmanship from the factory. For something that cost so much you would think that they would be flawless. I'm hiring an attorney because this is not right!Review fromChris B

1 starWe bought a class A ************ from them. This was our 3 purchase from them. It was a lemon, in and out of the shop multiple times. within the first year we needed the floor fixed( they just glued the floating floor), all of the kitchen drawers caved in, water coming in through the slide on our first trip, replaced one slide, outlets not working, we still do not have complete use of our cameras, all of the bins were showing rust when purchased (they promised to scrape and spray them (they did not), doors on the outside of the rig wouldnt close or open easily, headlights were not working, couch came dismounted, cabinet hardware needed to be repaired, heat plate was falling off, there was a hole in our water tank and the list goes on. Right after our one year **** we went in and said water was still coming in. we recorded it. They agreed to make one final fix on the rig. They said they found a small hole and were gonna fit it. About 6 months later we took it in for regular service and were told we had roof damage and it wound be $16,000 to repair. They said we could file through insurance they do it all the time. We tried. The tech that originally looked at the rig and told us hed fix the small whole told my insurance company they told us there was a whole and we did not want to fix it. I have the paperwork that says they did fix ***** claim was denied. We went to a body shop that specializes in rvs and they said it was actually just a $300 repair. they filled it and reprotected the roof. General RV said $16,000Today it is exactly 3 years after the original purchase. we still have water coming in and we took our rig to a new shop since we cant trust General RV and now we are being told that since they glued down our floating floor to fix it it will be $30,000 to fix the floor that is now rolling up. We just had to have the microwave reinstalled because it was originally installed incorrectly andReview fromRichard R
