Purchased a ********* XG32 in May of 2020. Within a year the cheap self tapping screws that hold the front over head bunk to the coach had started breaking and pushing out through the molding. Joined the Thor Forum and found that this is not a new issue and has been going on for years.Called Thor about the issue and was pretty much told to pound sand. After one of the forum members got **** to fix their same exact issue. less than a year later the screws were breaking and falling out again and the cap was leaking water. All **** did was replace the broken screws.Glad I did not take mine to Thor and pay them to fix it, because they will not fix it.**** has a recall on the Omni/Magnitude where they routed the *** hose through the rear suspension causing a hole in the line, inspected mine and found it was not routed through the leaf spring shackles but did find where they ran the rubber hose over the chassis frame pinching the hose between frame and the coach floor, went to move it and found that **** ran a self tapping s**** through the floor and through the hose, called **** on that also to have the hose replaced and was once again told to pound sand, **** will not fix it or reimburse me for having it fixed. This was a major propane leak that poor/shoddy lack of QC from Thor caused and could of caused an explosion and **** did not care.DO NOT buy a Thor product. Ever,

I own a 2020 Thor Four Winds 31B unit. Worse purchase ever. Been in the shop multiple times the first year. Everything from water leaks to broken Camode. Replaced the water pump three times. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from ****.

Before buying any Thor read the small print and warranty very well. This company oes not stand by their products and they dont care about their customers. They have the worst mechanical system for the slideouts. Complete junk and they will not help you. I will continue to inform people to stay away from all Thor units

Do not buy a Thor motor home here is why! I live in CA which has a broad lemon law that covers motor homes. I have a Thor lemon Quantum 25 ********* . In the warranty **** has inserted a change of Venue clause. What this clause does it make any legal action like a lemon law you take against has to be done in Indiana. Indiana has a lemon law but it does not cover rv's so no contingent lawyer will take the case.Under CA law i have a hands down case. i have no lemon case in Indiana. So you have to resort to hiring a lawyer and see what civil remedies are available to you. Very expensive!what i suggest on a go forward basis before you buy a rv read the warranty. Jayco, coachman and others who build in ******* have this venue clause in their warranties.

C*** C*** C*** So many issues. Weekly problems. Never again!!!!Workmanship is so poor. Awning stopped working. Oven does not work. Pump for water does not work. Job caps fell off within first six weeks. Bought in May. It is a 28 Echelon Bumper rusted needs alignment. Ceiling fan does not work bedroom wall buckled The rubber floor in cab does not attached and you can see the underneath corner and most mouldings corners dont meet Squeezed so bad on the drive home the delearship sent its to beat mechanics and still could not find the issue. Leaked water everywhere which made the floor and cabinets buckle. Water just poured out. No water flow to the bathroom sink. Cabinet door warped and so they would not stay closed. I could go on but I have forgotten most of the things. And not everything went wrong at one time. It was each time we used it we have to return it. Thor is not a could manufacture. That is for sure

I purchased a 2022 Thor Sequence 20L. We have had problems with the ** starting from our first camping trip. The water heater/heater broke and so did the awning. That was just the start of our issues. Here is the list of issues and the ** is less than 8 months old. Inverter button broke, toilet leak, bed broke, gray water tank leaked inside of the coach, roof leaked inside of the coach, awning is still broken, quick valve release was faulty. The customer service at Thor is horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone! Thor sells EXPENSIVE JUNK!

No quality control! Bought a new 2022 ******************* 22CM. Customer discovered twenty-two (22) problems at the dealership, Gander RV in ******. Many had to be "fixed" twice. Customer ended up fixing six (6) additional problems discovered on the road. This coach build iuses very cheap materials and clearly inexperienced workers.. If our ten-year-old ************* engine (450 E-series Super Duty) hadn't failed **** miles from home, we would have never bought this incredibly slipshop piece of junk.
