We have NEVER been so humiliated in our lives!! We called to get a pre-app BEFORE we went to a dealership to purchase a truck to make it a smoother transaction and were verbally told by ***************** that, We were fully approved for $44,125.11 at 5% interest. **** even sent the finance **** at the dealership a letter (which I have) stating that we were pre-app. We asked for a breakdown of loan put in writing. **** then said he would email the breakdown as soon as we got off the phone, also that he had to move quickly as Inova closed in 50 min. 30 min later, no call. We called **** back. He said he was getting the approval sent shortly. **** called me back and left me a VM saying, Got your application back from Underwriting and the approval has changed quite a bit, so I wanted to review that with you. The way that the loan is currently set up, is not going to be approved, so give me a call back, Ill be here another 20 min. I called back, he told me the loan would not be able to be approved and that the % rate doubled what were originally quoted. I took the day off work, drove 200 miles round trip to the dealership, waited another 7 hours to get through the process of purchasing the truck, not having lunch, which made my husband sick because he has a chronic disease, wasting a full tank of gas, leaving our 2 large dogs home unattended in our home for 10 hours, were told that Underwriting changed their mind on the loan amount DOUBLED THE INTEREST RATE). We feel that we are owed an expl for the ****************** we were put through and the only way they can make things right is to honor the original loan agreement. I urge you to listen to the recorded conversations we had with your loan representative. SIGNED: NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!INOVA Federal Credit Union

SO RUDE! I called with my customer on the line to get a payoff. Gent answered after holding for 10 minutes and said "I don't do conference calls, have him call back. The customer said "Will can hang up and you can give it to me" to which the guy replied NOPE and hung up. RUDEINOVA Federal Credit Union
