      I bought a dryer from ********** and was given a delivery window for July 16 between 2:00pm and 6:00pm. At 4:00pm I received a call from RAS stating that they were running late and would be there before 8:00pm. At 8:12pm I called RAS and told them the delivery was still not there. The customer service told me "good news! I just spoke to the drivers and they are at stop 14 - you're next!!" I asked where the stop was so I could gauge the time. He told me he didn't have that information. Right. So he GUARANTEED they would be there shortly, but would call when they were leaving the other stop. I finally went to bed at 11:00pm. No call, no delivery. Now it's Sunday and they are closed. I took a day off of work. This is my second bad experience with RAS. I will never buy another appliance from ********** again unless they contract with another delivery service.I would like the delivery schedule for an EXACT *** AND TIME WITH NO DEVIATION. FIRST DELIVERY OF THE *** ONLY.

      Driver claimed to deliver microwave to customer. Driver signed for microwave delivery as the customer, Forging customers signature. Customer called driver about delivery using a number left by driver via the customers caller ID. Driver stated the order was delivered. After 30 minutes driver finally confessed that they did not deliver the microwave to customer. Driver chan**d his story later stating that the microwave was still on his truck. Extremely hard to contact company with help from ******* and ** after many attempts customer was finally able to **t a phone number and name of delivery company. Company delivers ******* products via **.

      We apologize for the confusion regarding the communication with the customer. 

      The ********************** team was new and made an error when they submitted the order information which generated the email showing the delivery was complete.
