      ****** and ******** were on time, installed my new stove and took away the old one. Both were pleasant to deal with. Delivery went without a hitch.

      The ************************* team did an outstanding job with our dishwasher issue!Very prompt, kept us informed on arrival time and were very friendly. Highly recommend these guys!

      ZERO stars. They LOST my appliance and haven't been able to locate it yet. They don't call you back either. I took off work to be home for my appliance delivery and no one showed up!!! When I called, they said "oh sorry, we can't find your machine." GE confirmed they have it so not only did they LOSE IT, they also didn't bother calling me to tell me they weren't coming. Absolutely unacceptable. They should be put out of business.

      We have been working with the vendor as there was a discrepancy with her unit. The vendor sent the incorrect unit to our warehouse therefore the vendor had to resent the correct unit. Her new unit arrived on our dock this AM, and location left a message for the customer.

      Customer can contact the vendor to confirm this information.

      To clarify, I never got a message letting my know my unit was located. I had to call, once again, to learn this information. Furthermore, the larger concern is that I took off work to be home for the scheduled delivery and not a single person from the company bothered to call me to say they weren't showing up. After no one came past the delivery time, I had to call. Extremely unprofessional. If a mistake is made or the unit was lost, do the respectful thing and call them customer to apologize and let them know it will need to be rescheduled.

      If I could give zero stars I would. They keep rescheduling my delivery and saying they cant find it even after speaking with the driver and giving him directions when, he says, he was 8 miles away. And then when you call the center they dont answer and dont return a call or respond to my message. I hope to never have to use this ridiculous company again.

      The customer had the incorrect address on the order. The location advised customer he needed to contact the POP to correct it and it has been rescheduled.

      The address given was NOT incorrect and this company has delivered to the original address given once before. After rescheduling it the first time of course. The driver was given an additional address to gps search because he couldnt find the first address even after being given directions. Directions that were simply stay on the road you are on and drive 8 miles south. When you see this road you went too far. ****** was still unable to find the loacation or so he says.

      1 star is too high for this company.It's funny to see R.A.S. Logistics *** respond to the good reviews, but not take accountability for the low reviews. Sums up my experience with them.Two contracted employees with Last Mile Logistics LLC who RAS hired to install my Dishwasher caused over $12,000 worth of damages to my home.After filing a claim with RAS, their internal committee had found that there was essentially a "lack of proof" that Last Mile Logistics LLC caused the damages.Despite sending pictures with timestamps on them, which included the employees who caused the damages in the photos, and despite having a signed document that they both signed confirming what happened, it was still "not proof" enough they caused the damages."Last Mile Logistics, LLC, stated that they did not cause damage to your property as you allege. They were also given the opportunity to present us their version of the incident."When asked what more proof they needed, they just told me "It is our policy not to disclose that information".Now we are stuck with $12,000 worth of damages, no repairs made, and a dishwasher that is still NOT installed, with seemingly no way to move forward from here.ANY opportunity I have in life to steer someone away from R.A.S. Logistics ***., or give business to a direct competitor, I will do so.This company has no regard for taking responsibility, does not communicate worth a darn, and has no remorse for the actions they take.Please save yourself the trouble, and find someone else to do what ever job R.A.S is hired to do.

      This is worst experience ever, the driver was the rudest employee and left without delivering would not wait for 15 minutes for gated community to open instead he left immediately when the attendant told him to wait a few minutes. when I called he said I have to reschedule and he hung up on me -

      This is the saddest delivery company I have ever encountered. If I were *********** I would truly be embarrassed to be using you all as their logistic delivery company. We were supposed to have a refrigerator delivered on 12/23. We were the 2-6 time slot. We were updated that we were getting *************** on our delivery after each stop before ours. After getting the last update, our delivery turned to attempted & that our delivery would be rescheduled. When in fact, our delivery was never attempted. The delivery team didnt even attempt to come down our street or to the door of our home. The managers at HD had to deal with this mess on Christmas ********** had us rescheduled for today, 12/26. After talking to the R.A.S. location in our area, we were now told that there was an error in scheduling so our delivery was not routed. I wish I could say this review would change something on our poorly consumers are being treated through this logistics company on getting the products they pay for, but I doubt it will. We will now cancel our order through HD, so we do not have to deal with R.A.S. anymore.

      I would give zero stars if I could. My dishwasher was originally scheduled for delivery on Dec. 13th but they needed to reschedule. So my new day was Dec. 23rd. I took off work and was waiting and waiting all day. I finally called and was told the delivery truck was already back at the warehouse. No one even bothered to call me to tell my delivery was not happening. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I asked to talk with a manager and she didnt say a word and just put me on hold. I waited for over 5 minutes. I called back and it rang and went to voice message. No one is answering my calls or retuning my calls to reschedule my dishwasher. This order is through my home warranty company, and I will be contacting them as well regarding this terrible service.

      The customer's site was not ready for the install on ***** and plumber was needed. Delivery was rescheduled to ***** and was delayed due to weather conditions. Delivery is scheduled to ***** and the location manager is monitoring.

      Unprofessional. Ordered ** appliance from ********** on Nov 17. Was to arrive after thanksgiving. Its Dec 16. Arrived beat up. Refused/reordered. Arrived without call on Dec 9. Unable to clean out current so had to reschedule. Was to deliver Dec 12-nope, then rescheduled for Dec 14-nope, then rescheduled for Dec 16 today-nope. Told they will reschedule this Sunday Dec 18 no guarantee. Yet our appliance is just sitting in their facility. This business needs to be shut down. No help from anyone. All pass the buck. Never again!!If it doesnt arrive on Dec 18 order will be canceled. And food will be reimbursed since it has all but ruined sitting in coolers. No one cares period.
